A young Alec and Izzy discuss their crush and, much to their dismay, realize that they like the same person. Lightwood sibling lovin' because I love the Lightwood siblings :)

"It's okay," he whispers. "It's going to be okay." He almost believes it himself.

"Alec," he mutters to himself, his glittery nails curling around the simple page with reverent uncertainty. The name is signed shakily in the bottom right corner.

Three times Magnus leaves, and one time he doesn't.

"Did that help?" he questioned dryly, raising an eyebrow towards the enraged man. Magnus whirled around with a scowl stretched across his features that would've had Alec splattering across the brick wall behind him if looks could have really killed.

"You always say that, Alec," the older man tries, tossing his book aside and setting his reading glasses carefully on top before making his way towards the artist. "And it's always perfect."

A pause, long enough to have him wondering if maybe he'd crawled out the bathroom window to be alone or simply moved to the bathtub, away from the door and Magnus's tangent concern. Then, "I'm fine." It was quiet, weak, full of tears and twisting memories of a little boy's body burning in a grieving fire. It was something.

Malec wedding fic. "I'm just going to ignore the fact that you two were hugging in a closet... Actually, on second thought, maybe you should explain. Jace hasn't hugged anyone besides Clary in years. This story must be good." Sizzy. Clace. Helen/Aline. Catarina is in this a bit as well. Rated M for safety but its not too graphic.

"If someone had told Alec five years ago that he would end up marrying the High Warlock of Brooklyn and adopting a warlock daughter all before the age of 25, he probably would have assumed that they were high." Can be read as a sequel (of sorts) to my version of 'Born to Endless Night' but if you haven't read it, can also be read as a stand alone.

Various conversations Magnus and Alec may have had in that time after going to bed but before falling asleep. Each chapter will be a short drabble, including sweet talks, secrets shared, feelings exchanged, pain kissed away, or just the joy of being in love. Rated T for some language and mentions of sex. This is the first instalment of the 'The Retellings Trilogy. When Alec is nine, he is grey. He is blurred and uncertain, teetering on the edge of two stark contrasts he can't fall into no matter how hard he wishes he could. He is grey, with nothing set in stone or made clear by the beautiful starkness of his colour.

Alec isn't normally the type to enjoy these kinds of social events, or really any for that matter. Then again, most Christmas parties don't involve the gorgeous stranger who keeps checking him out.

Really, Magnus's only reason for coming to this wedding in the first place was to ensure two of his admittedly few close friends didn't resent him for the rest of their lives (and, of course, support them in their beautiful, precious, horrifically sappy marriage). The Shadowhunter Academy, is stunned when a navy-skinned warlock baby is found on the Academy steps. They hand the child over to guest lecturer Magnus Bane, who has to bring a child home… temporarily, of course… to his man! (This is my take on how it goes down)

His heart nearly burst when he felt a hesitant hand slide into his hair as Alec realized he could actually touch him, could kiss him, that it was okay./ Magnus's thoughts one night as he and Alec are in his living room. Not the best summery, I know, but I promise you the story is better. Probably safe for K , one hickey mentioned. /No words were spoken, but they could just tell./

Magnus and Alec were walking in the park one day. "Fags!" a sixteen-ish year old teenage boy yelled out to them. Alec, however, immediately tensed. "Ignore them," Magnus whispered, rubbing Alec's back. Alec nodded, glaring at the boy. He ignored him, until he crossed the lin "Dirty, worthless gays who are disgusting!" He spit out the word gays like it was the foulest word ever

When Alec's parents died in a car crash when he was ten. he and his siblings went to Idris Orphanage with hopes of being adopted. Alec is now eighteen and his hopes of being adopted are fading soon he can leave the orpahnage but what happens when he and his siblings get adopted? and what happens when the son of the new parents is so damn attractive?

Sequel to Payment. When Magnus told him "In nine or ten years, come find me and then we'll talk," he probably hadn't meant "Nearly get yourself killed by a Greater Demon so I have to heal you again." Alec was better at this when he was nine.

Magnus is all about color. Alec isn't, though not for lack of trying. "If you ever get fired from being High Warlock, you'll have a lucrative career as the paint person in a Home Depot or something."
