I've been picking my way through the h/c malec on here, content to read poorly and mediocrely written fic that seems to be in abundance. But this- this was beautiful. Your description and emotional threads are nothing short of epic. The imagery enchanting, particularly the bit about the moth. Cassandra Clare has nothing on you and the books would be a lot better of you wrote them.

I absolutely love that you made Alec have synesthesia, and I feel like you described it perfectly. I have synesthesia, and explaining to people about what it is proves to be quite difficult. I love reading this story not only because of the amazing plot, but because it's nice to know that someone out there knows what I'm talking about for once.
