Summary

The Breach effected everyone differently, for Ruby it was her first real look at the life of a Huntress and the responsibilities of that title. Plagued by nightmares and the haunting images behind her eyes she seeks out solitude to fight her monsters. Ozpin comes across his student as she wields her weapon with exhaustion in every swing and he can't bare to see those silver eyes so dulled. Their encounter sparks Ozpin's need to help Ruby come to terms with the life she has chosen and who knows maybe the future won't be so bleak for either of them, or for a dusty Qrow.

Summary

Remnant is a world of light and darkness. The Grimm slink from the shadows while Man and Faunus wake with the sunrise. There are many legends, fairy tales told at bedtime to fussing children and others stories left to grow and become wonders. It's these wonders so true and rare that rule the world of Remnant and all of its inhabitants.
Ruby Rose was born with three soulmate marks and through the course of her career as an artist she meets them but will she love them and all they stand for. Or will she succumb to the desire another from hurtful soul feels for her and fall into their darkness. With so many wanting the love from a single Rose, will it be crushed under their demands or thrive into something beautiful. Only time will tell.

Summary

In a World of Darkness full of magic, vampires, werewolves and monsters of all kinds. One every hundred years a Silver Eyed warror 'Awakens', these beings of incredible magic are valued by all creatures of the night. Ruby Rose has 'Awakened' at seventeen years of age and word had quickly spread. During an attempt on her life she is saved by two strangers, one a Garou the Kine call them werewolves and a vampire without a purpose. Together they fight to keep the young Ruby Rose alive long enough for her to learn to use her powers.

Serenity, meaning calm and peaceful was a rather odd name for a Firefly class space ship. However its the crew that were even stranger, comprised mostly of Huntsmen; a normally respected group of individuals. However the once graduated Huntsmen find the verse a much less welcoming place then they were lead to believe. The Alliance controls bounties and wages war against the Grimm leaving only leaving the most difficult and dangerous tasks to the Huntsmen. Most Huntsmen are driven to privateer, smuggling, simple transport of goods just to get by.

Summary

As winter approaches, old whispers stir and what were once mere legends crawl back into the world, but even legends merely scratch the surface. The Cold draws near, the blood boils in the deep. The Brewing draws much to this old land, such as a Wolf and a Ranger.

Notes: This story is complete, however it is also several years old and full of errors. The sequel will be put into production AFTER The Winds of Winter is released.

Additionally given it's age and my improvements as a writer since it's completion. An updated version is in the works and slowly being posted to Ao3. There are currently eight chapters, these have everything from grammar improvements. To cutting a heck of a lot of pointless chafe and ADDING new scenes. This is slow going as there are many things I am not happy with about the original and I don't have anyone to discuss ideas with.
