Update: It's been years since any activity from me. Tests of Faith is now being renamed as Behind Veiled Walls, it will have several arch's but all in one story. This is a very intense story and has lots of political themes (which are the hardest to do in my opinion). I cannot say when I will get to it but I will certainly try.

It has taken me a long time to get back to BVW because I really didn't know where I was going with the story, not to mention all the innuendo's and the interlocking of plots and so forth.

Forewarning, BVW is complex . . . really complex! I'm currently trying to restart from the beginning. When I first started writing the story, the chapters were short and not very cohesive. So I started rewriting the story all together. What I've come up with is more amazing than I had originally planed. The problem I have now is trying to sort out all the political aspects as well as specific character personalities and mannerisms. I also don't have a lot of time these days. I am working many many long hours at my job and most of my extra time is spent sleeping or chores than anything else. Please bare with me!

Behind Veiled Walls - CCS - AN: Teehee here is a new summary so you can have something to wet your tastes buds ;)

AU: No country’s political climate is more volatile than Seo’Dahnae. Lying in the heart of O’Kata, Seo’Dahnae has for thousands of years been the center of trade; and war. It is a troubling place to live for a kind, naïve princess. Bound by duty and by court, Sakura struggles with the responsibilities of her nation and her yearnings to see the world beyond the castle walls. Thrown into marriage by her father, Sakura must face a hot tempered young man who both infuriates her and captivates her. But that becomes the least of her problems when a dark and powerful mage plots to takeover O’Kata. As the world plunges into darkness Sakura and her new fiancé must travel the breadth of Seo’Dahnae to stop him. Politics, magic, betrayal, death, and more stands in Sakura’s path, but her greatest test will not be the evil forces that surround her. It will be with the faith that lies in her very heart.

One in the Same - CCS

AU (a very futuristic world, clashing with the civility of the samurai's): Some refer to them as gangs, others call them factions. In the beginning they were known as tribes. The members protect each other if only to protect themselves. Sometimes they betray their own for a purpose deemed greater in their eyes. The result . . . is difficult to bare. In the face of such brutality and incivility, how is a resolve to ever occur?

In this world the Kinomoto's live in a mountain city and made up of one faction entirely. The peace that has existed for as long as anyone has known is shattered one fateful evening. It changes everything. The chain of events to follow, nearly destroy the Kinomoto's; an elder brother is forced to take on the running of the family estate, and the twins are torn apart by their differences. After leaving home and entering the chaos of Burbank, the capital of the industries and commerce in this world, Sakura must find a way to bring her sister, Aria, home. Burbank is not like their home in any way, the gangs swarm through the under-levels always at war with each other. Will Sakura be able to find her sister, before it's too late? Will she be able to stop her on the path of her vendetta before it destroys her? Only time will tell, of which their is little of. For Sakura finding her sister at all will be a task in and of itself. Burbank holds well over 1 billion people, and there are 10 under-levels each 50 stories tall below the main city on the surface. The odds seem hopeless, but for Sakura, it's all she has . . .

Notes: A not so complex story, but very character intense growth, action heavy too. Romance obviously, before you ask, of course SS; Will be rated T or more due to the violence involved. I don't think an M will be necessary since I'm not one to write very gory stuff or heated scenes..
