Some dude grabbed, tied, then kidnapped a girl for his best friend's birthday? You should seriously consider taking this down.

Stupid. There is no in love couple who exist on earth that didn't say I love you and didn't kiss the love of their life as much possible as they can. Saying I love yous and kissing the one that you love AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE is a BIG PART of ROMANCE and LOVE. So Syaoran and Sakura won't say I love you and won't kiss each other because it's not a part of ROMANCE. Bullshit. I woundn't be surprise if Sakura will get pregnant without having sex because if kissing is not a part of romance for you then how much more making love. They will make love without kissing. LMFAO! Have you seen a boyfriend/girlfriend who never even say I love yous and I miss yous to each other? And never kiss their partner or only kiss their partner like once a year even they are close to each other? Lol. I don't think I can afford to not kiss my boyfriend and not say I love to him when he's close to me and it's the same for him. How many times do you say I love you to your boyfriend? How many times you kiss your boyfriend? Once a month? Once a year?

I have reread this story over and over again, and it's still one of my absolute favorites. It's so beautifully written with depth to the characters and I love it!

(Apparently I already reviewed the last chapter (no surprise) so I'm back w more love hahah)

I LOVE THIS STORY! ONE OF THE BEST FANFICS I HAVE EVER READ. The way you tied up the legend of the Dark Angel is so beautiful and I absolutely love Syaoran :D

I LOVE how there was no sex nor kisses to tell us that both of them loved each other. And both of them didn't need those actions or words to express how much they really care.
It's really lame how people identify love only by those lame, boring actions/excuses.
Another note is that, amazing that even though syaoran was a gang leader, he can still act as a human, funny, friendly and as lovely as possible.
And Sakura, oh god what have you done, she spoke with little to no words at all but her actions showed us just how really strong she is. i was really impressed by that the whole time, usually that kind of personality could only be identified as weak. But you actually managed to show us the complete opposite! That only proves how much of a talented writer you are.
This is one of my favourite stories. I wish you the best.

Too similar to the manga Mars! Some scenes are almost the same

There was a lot of emotional depth to this story and I think that it was all beautifully laid out. This is the first story I have read where Sakura's and Syaoran's characters are switched. Usually it's Sakura who is lively, bubbly and friendly, while Syaoran is the one who is more withdrawn and introverted, and sometimes quite harsh or rude. But this switch works well with their background stories explaining their circumstances and respective personalities.

The trauma that Sakura had suffered in this story is heart breaking. Her parents divorced not long after her brother became comatose and then she actually witnessed her mother commit suicide. That is quite a lot to deal with and the guilt that Sakura feels because she believes it was her that caused those troubles is a dark theme that runs through the story, and I love the idea that Syaoran is her saviour, a dark angel.

I actually think it's cute that in the end they all found their dark angels with Tomoyo and Eriol, and Meiling and Hiro getting together, but I'm not sure if Tomoyo and Eriol's characters would match. Then again, they say opposites attract...

The entire story was well paced and the descriptive language painted a vivid world full of emotion. The idea that Sakura likes to draw because it can tell a story or relay an idea more truthfully than words is quite profound, as it is well known that words can be deceptive, but surely an image can be too. The more subtle romance in the story is lovely and I do like the fact that it grew on them both, but Syaoran's persistance was most likely a factor that kept things going. Also, the way Sakura tries to push him away because she is afraid to commit to a relationship and to experience love again is both realistic and adds more depth to the story. Wonderful!

I really enjoyed this story. I loved how the romance wasn't like, in your face fluff, but very subtle and pretty realistic I think. I worried that you would rush them into a relationship like many fanfic writers do, but you took your time and built them up for it. This story was cery well-written!
