I don't write as often as I'd like to, and when I do, it takes me literally months to reread and edit the stories I write. Then I have to work up the courage to post them (because I can be a big chicken and I'm a little terrified of being flamed). Lately, though, I've had a bit of the writing bug; you may be seeing more of me around here (for those of you who are still big fans of Rurouni Kenshin, which seems to be about the only series that inspires me to write fanfiction).

My favorite anime shows include (but are most certainly not limited to!) Gunam Wing, Rurouni Kenshin, Gunslinger Girl and Fushigi Yuugi. I'm also a HUGE fan of Juuni Kokki (Twelve Country Tales).

Movie-wise, I love Sen to Chihiro (Spirited Away), Neko no Ongaeshi (The Cat Returns a favor), Howl's Moving Castle (although I thought the book was excellent, if almost completely different!) and a variety of other movies and series. Actually, anything by Studio Ghibli is pretty good.

I'm afraid I don't own any of the series that I write about; not the characters, not the stories, nothing except the occasional manga. Of course, even if I did own them or the characters (and once again, I don't) I'd probably still write fanfiction. I mean, c'mon, it's FUN.
