Author Updates:

February 1st

My new story is out there! It's actually a Bleach one shot. I've got a few more plot bunnies running rampant through my brain right now that I think I'll post under this screenname. I can't say when I expect to update, hopefully before Spring Break!

Oh, and guess who stayed up until 3 AM updating LTL?! That would be me, LOL. So, yay for my writer's block taking a brief break at least!! I'd post what I have written as a chapter but I have a few more things I want included in 16 before I post it. I will say for those of you keeping a close eye on me here that are some juicy moments coming up! Keep an eye on my updates here; I might just post a snippet for you awesome people as my way of thanking you for putting up with me.

ABOUT CLAIRE:

I'm a lot like a Faye Valentine/Urd/Bulma/Rukia/Yoruichi/Sango/Ryoko hybrid, lol (just realized: the one thing all those girls have in common is that they can kick arse, heh). I'm mostly a tomboy but I have my girly moments. I go to college, and writing keeps me sane. I've been writing all my life in some form or another (when it's not fiction, I write in one of my journals). I have a lot of interests so sometimes I accidentally wind up neglecting some of them for a while. I work a job I hate. I hang out with the people I love. I've had my great romantic love experience and the "so-called-love-experiences" so I tend to stick to writing romance (with a splash of angst of course). I definitely have some favorite couplings and those would be (in order of discovery): Bulma/Vegeta, Tenchi/Ryoko, Sango/Miroku, Hige/Blue, Kisuke/Yoruichi, and Zoe/Wash.

Sidenote: I'm ALWAYS on the lookout for the next great read so if you have any favorites featuring these couples, let me know! I'm constantly trying to add more fics to my favorites. If you're looking for some of the best B/V fanfiction in existence, you really MUST check out Adimra's website.

I've been on this site for nearly seven years now so I got some of my stories yanked in that fateful remodeling time where they were working the ratings kinks out or something (I forget what the excuse was exactly to be honest). A lot of people gave the site the finger then (myself included) but I hated the idea of disappointing my reviewers so I came back (despite the fact that I lost 300+ reviews on MG...). I've changed a lot since I first started writing so bear with me if things seem a bit akward. I've left all of my old fics up, in part to keep myself humble (I used to spell "Bulma", Bolma and Saiyan, Sayain -winces-), but also just to have an idea of any progression or improvements in my writing since I started. So, if you want early, early Claire, start with Forgive and Forget and President Briefs (if you can) and then read the last half of Learning to Love. Huuugge difference I'm pleased to say.

Oh yes, and I sometimes talk waaay too much, LOL. I love talking to my readers (it's part of what helps inspire me to write actually) so if you should feel inclined, send me a message or come find me on Live Journal! Also, don't forget to review!

It was brought to my attention that the bad girls in my fics have red hair. No, I'm not anti redhead or anything; I've just always think of red as a color that portrays a lot of power and passion, which both girls have. Of course they also happen to be crazy, but that's just a coincidence, I promise...
