Author has written 18 stories for Fallout, Hellsing, Dragon Age, BloodRayne, Legacy of Kain, Land of the Dead, Resident Evil, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Blade, X-Men, Batman, Clash of the Titans, 2010, and StarTrek: Deep Space Nine. o-O-o-O-o Hallo! This be J-chan the Maniacal, splendiferous mistress of maniacalness and fangirl extraordinaire! Um, I set up this profile on this here site partly for the enjoyment of random fanfiction and partly to practice my writing skills. ... And to vent my ridiculous and often incredibly pervy fangirl thoughts, lest they float around my head in thought-bubble form and overwhelm me. It happened once. I had to defend myself with a stick. *cue flashback to chibi fangirl being swarmed with yaoi-based thought-bubbles, screaming and flailing* As a side note, I'm the kind of gal who can't bring myself to post a chaptered story until I've actually written out most, if not all, of it. I have a tendency to follow whims, and as such I sometimes wind up typing and re-typing a thing multiple times before I'm satisfied with it, or I might go through a whole story arc and then get disgusted with the whole thing and scrap everything I've done. -_-; I'm also terribly self-conscious a lot of the time, so I tend to feel some self-loathing for a short while after posting stories. It's all in my head, I know, but until I re-read the finished product a few times, I'll hate myself. (And sometimes, even after that, I still want to cringe and curl up in the fetal position. Though that's rare.) It's weird. o-O-o-O-o Favorite random quote that I can't really remember exactly where it came from: "A pig that don't fly ain't nothing but a damn pig." o-O-o-O-o Anime and manga ruined me forever, because Loveless not only made me trip headlong into the fujoshi-spawning pit known as the Boys' Love genre, but it also gave me a slight shota complex and, by association, a bit of a lolita complex. Vassalord made both of these much, much worse. (Discovering the world of South Park shota yaoi also hasn't helped. I blame Kenny... and maybe Butters.) o-O-o-O-o I don't have a set "type" of character/real life person that I fall for/find attractive. Looks aren't all-important. As long as a person is interesting in some way, I like them. (I developed a fangirl crush on Igor from the movie Van Helsing on the umpteenth viewing. That should give you an inkling of how weird my tastes can get. O.o;) o-O-o-O-o Live life with a soundtrack!! Dance like no one's watching!!! DANCE THE DANCE OF LIFE!!!!!!! *dances around wildly to Skrillex's "Bangarang"* o-O-o-O-o Watch really, really bad horror movies and campy ones from the 60's-80's. They are a source of endless fun. If you don't giggle during Count Yorga, you're dead inside. The same principles apply to action movies from the 70's-90's. (When men were manly and nobody cared whether or not the script was politically correct. SNAKE PLISSKEN FOR THE WIN!!!!! *swoon*) o-O-o-O-o Favorite Arkham Asylum quote: *while some poor terrified henchman is walking around, panicking at every little sound now that all of his companions have been variously KO'd and strung up throughout the room* Joker- *over the PA* "Hey, Bats, take it easy on him... for me? ... Oh hell, what do I care? DO YOUR WORST!!" *Joker cackles maniacally* o-O-o-O-o Favorite manga/anime... EVER: Hellsing/Hellsing Ultimate. Alucard is the hottest, most badass vampire in the history of ever. Search your feelings. You know that it is true. Also, it's Vlad the Impaler and sexy English people vs. sexy Nazi otaku with ultra-violence. How can you not love that?!?! o-O-o-O-o |
