Reviews for The Greatest Illusion
envy34 chapter 1 . 9/15/2016
liked that ending line there, it really wove this together, that, and sheogorath is quite possibly one of my favorite characters ever.
Annoy mouse chapter 1 . 3/24/2014
This is rather excellent!

Would it be at all possible to add a little extra at the end, or more conversation with Martin wherein Yrsa finds out more about Sheogorath's mortal life?
Dusty Forgotten chapter 1 . 4/24/2013
Bless your soul, you glorious author, you! Someone's played Oblivion! And you have Sheogorath's character perfect! Most people just make him entirely manic, but you've captured the darker side of him, the hints he gives off that he always has a bigger plan. But I must say, this feels like the first chapter of something (and few things would bring me more joy, fyi). But yes. Glorious.
The Dragon's Scribe chapter 1 . 9/22/2012
Very well written on Sheogorath's part! He is my favorite of the Daedric Princes :) sadly enough I don't see him too often.
ShadowedFang chapter 1 . 8/2/2012
I love it. Madness was always the best aspect of Obivion in my opinion.
ceratius chapter 1 . 7/15/2012
This was very well done. Love Sheogorath and love how you wrote this. My favorite line would have to be the "What? No, no. I'm a Me worshipper! It would seem a little hypocritical to worship anybody other then Myself. That's rule one of being a prince, 'Worship no others but yourself'." Thanks for posting :)
kogouma chapter 1 . 7/14/2012
this was absolutely amazing!i loved it,especially the tea party.i love Martin,he was my favorite character in Oblivion. and the lines that got me laughing the most are:"I gave you the Wabbajack to create mayhem and biscuits among the rest of your mortal kin, and what do I find? NOTHING! Not even a single chicken or grummite or shepard's pie or cheese! And there can never be enough cheese!","What? No, no. I'm a Me worshipper! It would seem a little hypocritical to worship anybody other then Myself. That's rule one of being a prince, 'Worship no others but yourself'. The second being 'No pilfering daedric minions', though why anyone would even bother is beyond me. Have you seen daedroth? UGLY!" and "I should think it is obvious my dear mortal, you're a Dragonborn! Haven't been one of you since Martin, and he doesn't visit very often. After everything I did for him too! Bah, mortals. Once you die you think all obligations are off. Three hundred years have pasted and he's only been by for tea a handful of times." though i do have to correct one actually 200 years that have passed between Oblivion and Skyrim.
