And for the record I have a strong bias towards Snape. I believe that Harry Potter only exists as his antagonist. A point that can't be disputed.

Surprisingly I have found a taste for One Piece and the ease with which it produces one shots. It makes me wonder if my attention span has suddenly lapsed.

(Found on an editorial review for A Game of Thrones): Readers of epic fantasy series are: (1) patient-they are left in suspense between each volume, (2) persistent-they reread or at least review the previous book(s) when a new installment comes out, (3) strong-these 700-page doorstoppers are heavy, and (4) mentally agile-they follow a host of characters through a myriad of subplots.

You know, when I first had the ambition to become a world renowned author, this wasn't quite how I pictured it. Though I do love how shows the various countries that read your stories. It gives me a wonderful feeling to know people around the world are reading what I wrote. Can you get any better praise than knowing strangers found your work pleasing to read?

Update August 15, 2016: Good news, everyone! I managed to get settled with Establishing an Institution. Those chapters should be coming along nicely despite the insane hours that nursing demands on my time. The Spy Who Survived also has another chapter on the way dealing with the past. Then I'll be able to focus on the future of that AU. And for more AU action look for A Serpentine Lion in the near future. An AU based on Severus Snape being sorted into Gryffindor. I promise though that my Founders Fic will be closer to completion before that third project is taken on.

Udate August 16, 2016: I really need to find a place to vent my fanfiction ideas so they can have life then death without blooming into huge projects. So not only do I have A serpentine Lion to figure out I have added a collection of one shots to my plate. But I am looking forward to them all. Just need to think of a good starter for HP One Shots. I've never really done those before.
