I used to read Harry Potter and Rurouni Kenshin fanfics regularly - from waff to smut; from drama to pwp. Nowadays I'm just a lurker.

As of date, I have been motivated enough to finish one Rurouni Kenshin novel. I have moved on to different fandoms but I am still planning to write about RK again because I know KenKao's chemistry more than my new fandoms. Despite this, I do know that RK will always be a part of me. The story is so compelling and value-filled (to the point it's a bit preachy sometimes) that it is bar none the best I've read. Then again, my reasoning may be skewed as I am not an otaku (update: I am slowly building my anime database). T_T

I've become some sort of manga purist ever since I found out that the Shimabara arc was a filler. I lobby the animation (in live action or anime) of the Jinchuu arc. For me, that would have made RK more legendary than it is today. Please do support its animation.

For my HP fanfics though, I think I need to look deep within me to find the strength to continue those two. So those are on-hold indefinitely. I adore Harry Potter because that was a huge part of my (nerdy) adolescence. I will always adore the fandom but it is just not enough to push my lazy butt to finish my stories. Someday, I promise, someday.
