Greetings, friends and loved ones.

In 2014, I had a fit of rage and wrote a very short "ending" to Brightest Night Darkest Day. I've been feeling a bit of regret for doing that I also regret not giving my series a proper ending. My issue has always been that BNDD was a rushed story; I didn't take time to connect everything together, or fill in plot holes. To everyone who was invested in Rune's story, waited years for a proper ending, only to be frustrated by the abrupt downer... I'm sorry.

So, as of Janurary 1st, 2016, I've decided to go back to the beginning and fix issues from there. The Legend of Rune: ReMIX trilogy has begun. And I've titled it ReMIX to follow suit with how the Kingdom Hearts collection has been organized.

Personality: Rune's a kind, if timid young dragon. He has a love for learning about the history of his world. However, he is also prone to being angered easily, due to some past trauma that he can't fully remember. He may get enraged over the smallest things at time, but he always puts others before himself. He has the appearance of a young Fire dragon, but can inexplicably wield other elements as well. He keeps this a secret, but there may be others who know his secret as well...

Biography: As far back as Rune can remember, he's lived in the dragon city of Glenhaven for six years. He lives with Hontus and Seraph, who adopted him when he was little. He has fragmented memories of his past life, but he doesn't talk about it much.

Fun Facts: Rune is allergic to peanuts.

Name: Cyrus

Race: Black Dragon (dark dragon)

Element(s): Poison, Wind, Shadow, Fear

Appearance: Black hide, magenta underbelly, grey horns, silver mane, blue-green eyes, shining red glyphs on sides and front upper arms. Female-like build.

Family: Mother: Elenar (deceased), Father: Bane

Personality: In a way, Cyrus is the opposite of Rune. On the surface, he's optimistic, prideful, and a bit of a show off. Deep down, however, he has a sense of right and wrong, and isn't one to give up on things. Most importantly of all is his desire to be the center of attention.

Biography: Cyrus grew up in the city of Warfang, the most sacred place in the Dragon Realms. But when he was little, his family was forced to flee from usurpers to the throne, losing half of his family in the process. His people were forced to go into hiding as nomads, until the time was right to emerge from hiding.

Fun Facts: Cyrus is a black dragon, and therefore wields multiple elements. He likes to flaunt his power whenever possible; This behavior resulted from Cyrus trying to gain his father's attention and failing multiple times when he was a cub. Cyrus has a small crush on a young dragoness named Tina. Cyrus's attitude is similar to that of Spyro from the original Spyro Trilogy of PS1 games, much like how Rune is similar to the newer Spyro from the Legend Trilogy.

Name: Nellie

Age: 13

Gender: Female

Race: Water dragon

Element(s): Water/Ice

Appearance: Blue hide, light blue underbelly, pink horns, light blue mane, maroon eyes, short stature.

Family: Mother: Seraph, Father: Hontus, Siblings: Blankridge

Personality: Nellie is a friendly dragoness. She sometimes has a motherly attitude towards her siblings, pushing them to step up and do the right thing. Oftentimes, she is the one who motivates her family and friends instead of losing hope in times of hopelessness. She acts surprisingly mature despite her young age, and is not one to hide her mistakes.

Biography: Nellie has spent all her life living in the city of Glenhaven. Despite being the younger twin, he often behaves more rationally than her brother Blankridge. When Rune entered her life, she accepted him as part of the family.

Fun Facts: Despite her element, when Nellie was a cub, she hated it when her mother gave her baths. Nellie has a teardrop-shaped birthmark below her right horn.

Name: Blankridge (Blank)

Age: 13

Gender: Male

Race: Fire dragon

Appearance: Orange hide, light orange underbelly, yellow horns, blue mane, maroon eyes, Muscular build

Family: Mother: Seraph, Father: Hontus, Siblings: Nellie

Personality: Blankridge (Blank for short) is loud, energetic, and adventurous. He's often getting into mischief, sometimes dragging Rune along for the ride.

Biography: Blankridge hatched from his egg while his parents were sleeping late at night, and attempted to claw his way through the door. He's always been a handful, running off to have adventures with his friends. When he met Rune, he wasted no time inviting the boy into his "gang".

Fun Facts: Blank has a fear of spiders. His favorite food is sheep intestines.

Name: Emerald

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Race: Earth dragon

Element(s): Earth

Appearance: Green hide, light green underbelly, lime green horns, green mane, grey eyes.

Family: Mother: Mimet, Father: Jules, Grandfather: Telus

Personality: Emerald is a cool, calm and collected young dragoness. She's a tad snobbish, but without being awful towards people. She sometimes sees the words and actions of her friends as childish, but usually helps them out when they're in a tight spot. She often tries to encourage her friends to behave more noble than the usually do, to little effect.

Biography: Emerald is the descendant of Terrador on her mother's side. Her family has ruled the city of Glenhaven for generations. As such, she's been brought up to be a lady and a warrior.

Fun Facts: Emerald has a fascination with dragon history, and can often be found at the Glenhaven Grand library with Rune. Emerald likes listening to classical music.

Name: Tina

Age: 13

Gender: Female

Race: Dark Lightning dragon

Element(s): Lightning

Appearance: Dark Yellow hide, Grey underbelly, Bronze horns, Black mane, Blue eyes.

Family: Mother: Lilith, Father: Aegis

Personality: In a word: Tomboy. Tina is a wild, energetic young dragoness. She often behaves like a boy dragon, but somehow has a passion for Flowers.

Biography: Tina used to live in Faeshrine, the city of the Mushroom Forest. But after her father suffered an accident, her family had to move away. They eventually joined up with a group of nomads and lived among them ever since.

Fun Facts: Tina's favorite flower is the rare Serenity Rose, which only grows in the Raunn Plains. Tina is Cyrus's best friend and sees him as a younger brother. She isn't yet aware of Cyrus's crush on her.
