Author has written 5 stories for Sherlock, and White Collar.

No details. We don't do that here. You don't need to know my favorite song, my favorite show, what I got for my birthday when I was ten. You don't need to know my age, my sex, my orientation or my marital status. You don't need to know the color of my hair or where I get my t-shirts.

You only need to know that I write. I write about a lot of things, and my ideas come from all over.

It might interest you to know that I also re-write, and re-read and re-revise before I post an update. I try not to make spelling or syntax errors, but I'm only human. Then again, you might not give a toss.

I've been writing since I learned how, and over the years I have developed a fascination with language, narrative, technique, development and the inexorable progression of cause and effect. I have developed an obsession with extremes of emotion, love and hate, joy and sorrow, pleasure and pain. I have a sense of humor, though it might better be described as "humour", because I blame Eddie Izzard for the vast majority of it.

But you don't need me to tell you these things. If I do my job properly, my stories will do it for me. Oh, I don't mean to sound pompous or aloof, I just don't think I matter all that much here. It's the work. The telling, not the teller. I'm not here to be a name, or a person. I'm not here at all.

My stories are here. I wrote them for me, because I wanted to know what I could do. I wrote them for you, because some of you might like them. Some of you might not. That's okay. At least you gave them a try. I'm flattered you came here to try and find me, but I was never really here.

I'm there. Behind the link. I'm in the one-liner that stands out because it made you laugh in spite of yourself. I'm in that bit of dialogue that hitched your breath because you suddenly remembered a moment just like that a lifetime ago. If you want to find me, all you have to do is read me. I promise I'm not all that hard to find. Really, I'm terribly bad at hiding behind my words.

It's my job to create a moment in time that stands out, allbeit fleetingly, from the others. To entertain and distract you. To have fun. To shed light and maybe some tears.

I'm very good at my job.

Let me prove it to you.
