![]() Author has written 52 stories for Digimon, Card Captor Sakura, X-Men: Evolution, Yu-Gi-Oh, Inuyasha, Trigun, Tsubasa Chronicle, Final Fantasy VII, Bleach, Star Ocean, and Kingdom Hearts. I'm Pikachumaniac (PM for short), and I've been here for a very long time. I did my undergraduate studies at U.C. Berkeley, and recently completed my J.D. program at U.C. Berkeley, School of Law with a specialty in environmental law. My writing has changed over the years, but I seem to retain a fondness for the 'odd' couplings. The current poison of choice is Kingdom Hearts, with my favorite character to scar being Zexion. My favorite coupling for the series is easily Lexaeus x Zexion, which shows up in various incarnations in almost all my stories for the fandom. These days, writing is my way of getting the character deeper than what is shown in the canon, and to make them more real. As a result, I find myself more interested in the everyday details of 'normal life,' rather than the epic storylines. I suspect it makes the story more boring to everyone except me. Writing Journal: http:///users/pm_writings/ Icon of the Moment: Tidus and Yuna of Final Fantasy X. Randomness: August 22, 2011 1) Survived the bar exam... now I just have to hope I actually passed it. No use worrying about it now though, I guess. I have a job starting next week (or so), and have yet to figure out if I will have more or less free time than I did while I was in law school... 2) Er, the writing bit... I got back into Yu-gi-oh for a bit but that went by fairly quick and with little progress. At this point I think I'm going to try and finish off two fic (the Butterfly Kisses sequel and The Flip Side), see whatever else pops up (because god my backlog is pathetically high), and... I don't know. Given how little progress I've made in the past few years, it may very well be that I'm out of the fanfic world but I don't really feel done or feel like fading away quietly. I do want to finish those two fics at the very least, as one is half done already and the other has been plotted out like crazy by this point. I know better than to make any promises anymore, so all I can say is that I hope to get something written. Eventually. And hopefully it's still decent, despite what feels like a couple years (or so) of inactivity. 3) Oddly enough, I really feel like writing a sequel to Drag too. Knowing me, that will pass fairly quick... |
