As of 2012: I decided to change my pen name. I am now Melancholy Soundtrack- I took this from the words in the song "Sometime Around Midnight" by the Airborne Toxic Event. They are quite amazing. :)

Gender: I am of the female persuasion! BOO YA!
Hobbies: - Obviously I'm quite fond of writing. I would LOVE to write an average book-long fanfic. That's my goal for the future though. As of now, I'll still to one-shots and pretending I possess the drive and motivation to finish a project like that.
- I also love reading- being sucked into a good book is probably the most amazing feeling in the world! However, after taking a swim in J.K. Rowling's wonderfully amazing mind with Harry Potter, I feel as though I am doomed to travel the surface of the earth never being able to experience the wonder of such incredible words again (welp that's a bit overdramatic, but with a lot of the shiz that's on the bookstore shelves these days, I feel it is a valid concern.)
- Music is amazing. Simple as that. And if you listen to indie rock, alternative rock, metal, a TEENSY bit of screamo, and/ or pop punk- we'll get along just fine. Those genres tend to be what I stick to listening to- especially indie rock/ alternative rock. The possibilites of amazing, meaningful music will never cease if you follow the youtube breadcrumb trail of indie rock musicians. I've found that listening to music when I write helps the ideas and the description come easier and in a more poetic way. I am never, ever, EVER found traveling without my iPod. She's my babay.
- As nerdy as it sounds, I actually enjoy learning. I love watching the History and Discovery channels. My favorite science and subject at the moment is chemistry. I have a balancing equations ap on my iPod- hey it can seriously be fun ;p Even though I am a total English nerd, and grammar freak (I mean, I would have to be at least a little bit in order to function on this website) I do have a passion for the sciences- especially the biological sciences. I eagerly am awaiting my acceptance letter to Hogwarts, but if it somehow does not come- living on a college campus will do.

Hello my readers. Currently it is nearing 11:00 PM (6/11/12), and I have just recently updated Destiny's Words- so if you are in the mood for a quick Zutara fix, head over and check out the newest installment in that drabble series. Also, I got to thinking about making An Air of Pretension into a small multi- chapter fic, and after reading through it again, and with the aid of the internet, I decided I wanted to make the surrounding theme the seven heavenly virtues. I'm not super religious, but I think that the idea of using those pillars of guidance can be a wonderful asset when persevering through the difficult times in a relationship. I have renamed the fic Tied Like Two in Tethers- some of the lyricsout of the Airborne Toxic Event's song "The Graveyard Near the House". Hope you enjoy!
