Once upon a time, I wrote fanfiction. Then I became busy with, you know, living, and stopped. A few years passed, during which I read everything from Shakespeare to the worst fanfiction known to mankind. I learned a lot about writing - or so I hope.

Then the day came when I rediscovered my fanfiction.net account, and I wept in horror at what I found. My fingers itched for the delete fic-button, but I resisted the temptation. To this very day, my early works remain on this site - an eternal reminder that once you put something on the Internet, it's there forever.

Moral of the story: the delete-button is a lie.

(Please bear in mind that this profile description was written by a sleep-deprived and stressed twenty-something under the influence of sugar.)

I may yet post something new if my efforts are deemed worthy by the greatest critic of them all, 3 o'clock in the morning. If it turns out that time has rotted my brain instead of improving it, feel free to tell me so. (My tumblr is aceofblueheart, by the way, but it's mostly personal and thus not very interesting.)

Edit: As of 16.04.2012 I'm working on a Merlin/Harry Potter crossover and it looks like it's going to be pretty long - 30K and counting. I'll start posting it once it's finished - no more WIPs for me!
