![]() Author has written 4 stories for Twilight. Husband, Father, Geek, Literature Fan, Musician, Family Chef I am not your typical Twilight fan...I am guy, a husband, and a father. I was introduced to the Twilight universe by my daughter and it has since become a passion for both of us. Her input into my characters, and how they behave, has been a wonderful experience that we can share. However, she gets to read a PG-13 scrubbed version of what I write. Thank you Lil’Piper! * Homecoming * I wrote this one shot for the Fandom Against Domestic Violence charity drive. It is my take on Rose's life as a vampire. In this one shot she was a lot nastier than we expected. You can check out the banner I made for this one-shot (it was my first attempt at making a banner - I used Pixelmator for the Mac). * You Can Find Me At The Altar * I wrote this short story for the Fandom Fights Tsunami charity drive. This is my “what if” story. No visions of cliff diving. No vampire army. No trips to Italy to save Edward. No half-breed babies. No meddlesome Volturi involvement. Rosalynn made me an amazing banner for this short story, please take a moment to check it out and then give this story a read. * Phases * I wrote this short story for the Fandom4Texas charity compilation. I have never been a Jacob fan, but I was asked to try my hand at his story, so here it is. Summary: One night around the Quileute campfire, the tribal elders tell the tale of Chief Jacob Black. This is Jacob's story told in phases. TKegl made me an amazing banner for this short story, please take a moment to check it out and then give this story a read. * Only The Lonely * I'm back with a new story! Actually, it's not really a new story, as I started writing this years ago, and I have been adding and tweaking it ever since. This is an Edward "what if" story, in which a decision pre-dating the novels changes how the characters evolve and the ultimate story unfolds. I tried to keep this to be canon with the novels, however given the very nature of the story, expect a lot of changes and surprises. This story has been a vehicle for me to explore a lot of things...some within the story and character arcs, some with my writing process. As I publish this story, I will include some of my thoughts around the story direction and the process I went through. Depending on how I dice/slice the chapters, expect this to go on for a bit. I am looking at around 70 or so chapters that I have written, spanning 1987 through 2007. My plan is to publish 2-3 chapters a week. |
