Danny Fenton is having the worst year of his life. At least his best friend is talking to him. His summer finally starts looking up when Sam Manson returns to Amity (despite the fact that she said she hated him). Between Sam's new boyfriend and the demand of helping the ghosts, Danny was completely unprepared for Vlad's master plan.

Feared and hated by humans and ghosts alike, Phantom wrecks havoc on Amity Park with a single desire, for humans to suffer as he has.
