I am currently writing the next chapter for ALISON. It's taking me a while because I've rewritten it about a million times. The next few chapters are important as it will set the last 'season' of this story. So I'm trying to balance wrapping up this season and setting the plot for next season. Please be patient. I could rush it, but then it won't be as good.

And nobody wants that.

I'm also finishing a short I found for ALISON. It's cute and hopefully you all will like it.

In the meantime here is a sneak peek for next chapter. Please enjoy this tiny piece of a lengthy chapter

“Captain.”

Hook stood on his ship, staring at a pendant with strange symbols carved into it. He had one leg propped up on a crate, leaning against his knee. He stared over to see Cora standing there, looking patiently at him. He gave her a sour expression as he said, “Well, if it isn’t your Majesty.”

“Why the hostility, Captain?” Cora asked, her voice oddly calm and patient.

“Why the hostility?” Captain Hook asked, almost sneering at her, “Well let’s see, our plans have gone up in smoke, I have people out on boats faster than the devil searching for my ship, and I’m no closer to getting my revenge than I was before!”

“Calm yourself,” Cora ordered, her voice steel for a moment. Hook clenched his jaw shut as Cora continued, her back to being regal, “Our plans have not gone up in smoke. In fact, I come bearing good news.”

“And what good news is that?” Hook grumbled.

“Alison is disappearing with Regina and Emma to attend the White Queen Birthday celebrations. I am sending you after them.”

“And how is that good news?”

“Because,” Cora said, pulling out a small rolled up piece of parchment, “One of my little birds sent me this message.”

Hook snatched it from her, unrolling the scroll with one hand as Cora watched with a heartless smile. Hook’s expression went from irritated to doubtful as he asked, “Is this for certain?”

“Yes,” Cora said, “I confirmed it. The looking glass in your cabin will take you there. The rest of your crew will remain here to guard the prisoner. You may just get your revenge.”

Hook’s smirk was filled with malice. Crushing the scroll in his hand, Hook took steps towards Cora before giving her a flourishing bow. Cora nodded briefly at him, looking appreciative of his appreciation. He stood up as he said, “It seems I finally will. I will return your Majesty with the head of a certain Mage.”

I can't believe I've done this to you all again.

Why? Why can't I get my self back into the grove again for updating consistently? My work. My work is the biggest culprit. But enough excuses, I'm extending my apology. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for those who binged read my Alison book and then got to that chapter and saw no update! I know how awful that feels, considering I'm the same way. I am so honored that you read it. I PROMISE IT'S NOT DISCONTINUED!! I desperately want to finish this book. But I also want to do a good job on my real life job that pays my bills. That always has to come first. I am becoming more dedicated to finishing it. I'm rewatching season 1. I'm reading all of your wonderful reviews and reminding myself that joy of updating a story (and finishing it).

Please, if you are reading this. Thank you for reading and please know that I heard you. And I'm finishing this story!! (and not horribly either)

7/22/2018: I know, I know. I haven't updated this page in years.

That's right YEARS!! How did that happen? Well my work required more schooling, which was a thousand times more difficult that I thought it would be. Between that and revamping ALISON from beginning to end, I haven't been able to update it all until now! I have revised the story, so there have been changes. I did not separate into three different stories but I did separate chapters by season. My suggestion is to go back from the beginning and read through. As for updating... I am working on chapter 69 currently and hope to have it out soon! :)
