My name is Aimee. I know I spell it differently and I'm actually glad my parents chose to spell it this way because its different and I like to be different. I am currently a student at University. I enjoy hanging out with friends, shopping, watching my fave TV shows, reading, making videos and more recently writing.

I am really into music!! I couldn't imagine life without it, it helps me through things because whatever it is I may be going through I am bound to be able to find a song that I can relate to. I am also very open-minded when it comes to music, I don't just stick to one genre I like a variety and some of the music I listen to isn't that well known. So yeah that is a little info about me :)

My Ship of ALL ships...

Is of course Lucas and Peyton from the show One Tree Hill.

They are without a doubt my all time favourite couple on television! I have never been as passionate about a couple as much as I am about Leyton. They really do define what love is all about.

The Tortured Athlete meets The Tortured Artist.

They were destined to be together from the pilot. They had an instant connection that no one else could touch or even begin to comprehend. They have an epic love story, overcoming all the obstacles that try to keep them away from each other. They risk their lives for one another, they give each other their whole hearts and they trust each other completely.

Its always going to be there...you and me.

Lucas is the only man capable of breaking down Peyton's walls and seeing the real her. He sees deep down into her soul and understands her in a way others can't. He knows she puts up a front to protect herself from pain, he knows about her fear of people leaving, her fears of letting people in, etc. He read her like a book and as a result she slowly let him into her heart. He then became an integral part of he life. He saved her from herself, he got her to trust people, he saved her life in the literal sense on more than one occassion.

You're always saving me. Somebody's got to.

They bring out the best in each other, they inspire one another to achieve their dreams and goals. Your Art Matters such a poignant moment in the history of LP. Peyton was struggling with her art, she didn't feel she was good enough, she didn't feel like her art mattered to anyone but it did. It gave Lucas the courage to step back into the gym and be a part of the Ravens. Lucas knew Peyton had a rare and beautiful talent which is why he submitted her sketches to Thud magazine and told her that her art matters. She needed that, she needed to know someone cared, she needed someone to believe in her and give her that confidence boost. Lucas did just that and it meant everything.

Then it came full circle in S5. Lucas was struggling with his writing. He was lacking in inspiration and motivation to write his second novel. He had been blocked for years and one conversation with Peyton changed everything. Peyton knew just what to say, she knew how important writing was to Lucas, it was his passion after basketball and when she felt lost it was Lucas' writing that got her through. His art matters, hearing that was all Lucas needed. Knowing that his writing had a positive impact on someone he cared so deeply about was enough for him to continue pursuing his passion. Peyton Sawyer is his muse, his inspiration, his everything. And when he did write again, his book was another story about the love he felt for Peyton, the only woman he has ever given his whole heart to.
