My name is A̴̡͔͇̮͎̯̦̍̈́̃͒̽͋ḷ̴̬̻̜͗͂̅̆̽͗͜ȏ̷̫̜̯̗̠͖̦̗̏̿͐͆̑ư̷̡̧̨͙̝͖̖̜͐̚͝e̶̥̤̥̖̔͆̑͝t̴͚͗̋͆́́̈͛̃͂̏ẗ̶̜͉̤̮̪̙̳́͒͐́̆́͗̎́͠e̸̛͉͚̞̞̼͇̯̩͑̅̇̃̋, but you can call me Etta!

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I am an unashamed Christian and I hope my actions and writing on here will reflect that.

I am also the proud mama of one beautiful and wonderful goose and a handful of ducks. I love them immensely. Hmm, what else to tell you about me... I like weaponry. I enjoy using my bow, my swords, my knives, my blowguns, and on occasion, a handgun. Contrary to the popular belief of every boy who has forgone dating me because of that, I do not enjoy hurting people or taking lives. I only use these for sportsmanship, fun, and self-defense. It's not all geese and doom though! I enjoy spinning wool, sketching, cooking, sewing, and partaking in little tastes of existential dread. If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be Pitlochry, Scotland, and if I could live anywhere, it would be Rivendell. I think sandwiches and salads are the best foods, since anything can be done with them. Plus they pair well with either tea or lovely fizzy juices, which are the best types of drink.

It's clear to me that both my creativity and my wordsmithing need work, but I believe I'm on the right path; good writing is certainly something I'm willing to work on. I'm in the process of drafting out my first original novel (yay!) but I may have gotten distracted and made two little, tiny, very accidental Silmarillion fanfictions which I am buffing up enough to post. I'm excited for them, but they're mostly for practice and fun: I don't want them to become chores...
