Considering where you're reading this, you've likely already pieced together that I like to play video games and write. I apparently missed the bandwagon on Mass Effect and only recently played it. Probably like a lot of fans, I was left watching credits roll on the screen and wondering, "That's it?" The galaxy was saved, always a plus, but I cared more about the characters. What happened to them? What happened now? So, I wrote myself a story. But the little ditty I put to pen and ink (and subsequently, into one's and zero's) took on a life of its own. The gold fish I thought I was bringing home turned out to be a sturgeon. Instead of gathering dust in a desk drawer somewhere, I thought I'd give it a bigger pool to swim in.

Always appreciate feedback, positive or constructive. Eventually, I'll write something that doesn't need a disclaimer on the characters. When that day comes, I hope to have learned from all my fellow writers and readers.
