Author has written 6 stories for Harry Potter, Sailor Moon, Slayers, Gravitation, and Sleeping Beauty. Konichiwa, Greetings, and Salutations! Welcome one and all to this profile! I'm Tsuki, and I'll be your tour guide through this little bit of insanity! For my friend and Leo, Yami and, this is for you: ITS OKAY TO BE GAY! (FYI: Yami-chan is not really gay :P,) Okay, now that the psychotic happiness is over (HA! who am I kidding?) Let's continue this. To your left is the collection of favorite anime/manga titles. They are (in no particular order) Inuyasha, Gravitation, Full Metal Alchemist, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Sailor Moon (Unedited), Loveless, the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Ouran High School Host Club, Elfin Lied, and...Darn it all! Thare are just too many titles! Oh, well. As far as TV shows, there aren't really that many here, but what we do have is; Star Trek: Next Generation, My Little Pony (The original movies, the G1 TV show, My Little Pony Tales, and Friendship is Magic) ((YES, I'M A BRONY! But if its any consolation, I reject the G3 Ponies. They were WAY too much like Barbie!)) Dr. Who, Game of Thrones (freaking LOVE Khaleesi Daenerys Targaryen!), Carl Sagon's Cosmos series, and... beyond that, its just different documentaries; mostly about astronomy. I love astronomy. And Stars. And Planets. And Moons. And nebulae. And rainbows. And snowflakes. And winter. And ice skating. And water. I really like water. And the sky. The sky is awesome. The clouds are pretty. So are the stars. And, erm, ahem... getting back on track... To the right, you can see all the verious novel and book titles that I like, which include the Harry Potter siries (Rowling), The Moon Dreams Trilogy (Pincheck), Ferinhiet 451 (Bradbury), The Divine Comedy (Dante), Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream (both by Shakespeare), and...How the Flipping Ding-Dong can there be so many of these too? I'm also a fan of my friend who is an up and coming novelist, but I'll let you read his stuff when that person officially publishes. And in movies, there's: The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, Mirrormask, Stardust, Legend, Merlin, Excaliber, 2001: A Space Odyssy, The Neverending Story (only the first one, the squeals sucked), The Last Unicorn, Tangled (its so freaking cute), Disney's Sleeping Beauty, Both Fantasias, Mulan, The Princess Bride, Monty Python (Holy Grail and Meaning of Life in particular) Moulin Rouge, Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, The Adolescence of Utena, Ladyhawk, What Dreams May Come, Young Frankenstein, Love At First Bite, Dark City, John Carter (THAT WAS FREAKING GOOD!!!) and a few others. And now to games! I play Dungeons and Dragons (4.0) and BESM (Big Eyes Small Mouth, which is pretty much D&D 3.0 w/anime physics) as my top table-tops. In classic board games, I love chess and backgammon (even though I loose every time unless I'm up against a newb), and enjoy Pictionary, Scatagories, Uno, Clue, and Munchkin (I love the Mace of Sharpness!). Oh, you wanted video games! Well, there are a few of those I like. Skies of Arcadia Legends has a special place in my heart, as it was one of the first real vid games I ever played, but I also like the Legend of Zelda games (although I still need to play Ocarina of Time), The Kingdom Hearts games (only played KH I and II, need to play the others), Super Mario Galaxy was fun, and I just finished through Dark Cloud 2 and Final Fantasy IX. I love Sailor Moon: Another Story, and managed to get through the first half of Final Fantasy VII before the disk failed. :sob: I freaking LOVE Aerith's theme! But after D-Kun and I started a play-through Final Fantasy VI (since we can't finish VII until we get a new disk 2), I have to admit: FFIV had some of the best score out of any game I've played, and while Sephiroth still kicks my ass in the Kingdom Hearts games, Kefka Palazzo is THE BEST FF villain ever! Here's why: 1. He's a clown, and all clowns are evil (and yes, between Pennywise and Jack Nicholson's Joker when I was a kid, I became afraid of clowns) 2. His laugh 2. He sucessfully poisons an ENTIRE COUNTRY'S WATER SUPPLY! And delights in killing everyone there! Even his own men! 3. One of his quotes is "Nothing beats the sweet music of hundreds of voices screaming in unison! Uwee-hee-hee!" 4. He goes berserk when people make him bleed his own blood, but loves seeing others bleed and burn. (i.e. He's a hypocrite, and Jesus hates hypocrites.) 6. He kills his own boss by throwing him off the cliff of a floating continent, who up until then was believed to be the main villain. 7. His only goal in life is to destroy everything, WHICH HE DOES! another Kefka Quote: "I will destroy everything... I will create a monument to non-existence!" 8. He is the only FF villain TO succeed in destroying the world (Sephy almost does, but not quite; I may not have finished the game, but I already found out how it ends). 9. He BECOMES THE GIANT FREAKING SIX-WINGED GOD OF MAGIC and the only way to defeat him is to MAKE MAGIC NOT EXIST!!! 10. Dancing Mad is a much more dramatic (and longer) song then One Winged Angel 11. HE'S A TRULY CRAZY PERSON!!! Kefka is one of the few villains who is truly evil to the core, as a product of madness and magic-infusing experimentation from the get-go. Most of the others weren't always bad, and had a reason to go to the dark side, either by some parasite or a life event that triggered them to be bad. He's the only one I can think of with no redeeming qualities. Sorry, I tend to get into heated debates about Sephy vs other FF villains. I'll admit that Sephy does have a better intro and is more bishi and bad-ass looking, but I must maintain that "true evil wears ruffles." (as was quoted from a deviant artist who agrees with me and the Fiery Joker rant.) And now that said rant is over with, over here- Woah!...Ouch!...Oww!...Gaa!...Umph!...Oh!...uhhh... Sorry about that, (This is what happens when your brain isn't organized, children! lol) Just tripped over a stray thought. Looks as if we've landed on the collection of music. Let's see... we've got Mad Soldiers (AKA Bad Luck), Iceman (AKA Nittle Grasper in the OVA (WHICH IS WAY TOO SHORT!! 'u_u')) Ayumi Hamasaki, Malice Mizer and Gackt (from Malice Mizer), Access (Hiroyuki Takami is soo HOT!! Why did he have to have a boyfriend? Too bad he's a sucky soloist...), T.M. Revolution, Various other J-pop artists who's names I can't remember right now.. There's also The Moody Blues (Justin Hayward still rocks at seventy something!!!), The Alan Parson's Project, Queen, Pink Floyd, Sting and The Police, Aerosmith, other Classic rock bands, Enya, Yanni, Gorge Winston, Yo-Yo Ma, other modern classical (Boy, isn't that an oximoron!) artists, Modern bands like Evinesence, Train, Maroon 5 Adel (I CAN ACTUALLY HIT HER RANGE!!!), and others whose names I can't remember right now! Wow... there are many things whose names I don't remember... And I just LOOOOOOOVE musicals! And operas! Really! Tommy (The Who (what would Voldemort from HP think of it?)), Cats, The Phantom of the Opera, (both by Andrew Lloyd Webber), Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake (which might end up as a Grav. fic soon (If I ever get a hold of the Flipping soundtrack!!)), Sleeping Beauty (which is becoming a Gravi fic!) and The Nutcracker, and I actually got to see Mozart's Don Giovanni on PBS! (maybe I'll get to see The Magic Flute someday... (I actually play the flute, but I'm dyslexic when it comes to sheet music)) and I LOVE Jeff Wayne's musical version of War of the Worlds! It's so bleep-ing awesome! Get a hold of it if you can, you won't regret it! I also will admit to having the guilty pleasure of watching Repo! The Genetic Opera, but that one I need to be in the mood for; that one is D-Kun's favorite though. I absolutely hate rap and country music, but that's just my taste, so don't kill me yet! Nani? what's this? Oh yeah! Now for the fun part! (after I get myself unburied from the collection of concept stories that might be seen in a computer near you.) The x-mas/Hanukkah wish list for this year (Yes, I celebrate both) which consists of: World peace Less Pollution End to global warming Saving the Manatees, whales, and wolves more environmentally safe vehicles A resource-base economy, as apposed to the world's current scarcity-based economy Free education for everybody, esp. at the college level Free medical coverage, esp. for those rare diseases and difficult surgeries A job where I'm not getting sh-- on, sociologically and financially A real Kumagoro Plushy (THANK YOU D-KUN FOR MAKING THIS HAPPEN!!! I HEART YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!) I still can't decide if I want to be a translater, a voice actor, a manga cartoonist, or a writer... And if you go over to the left wing, you'll find the food court. There's pocky, pizza, tuna, pineapple upside-down cake, different types of ice cream (I go nuts over ChocoTacos and Azuki-bean flavored ice cream), daifuku (Azuki-bean filled cake with a mochi outer layer), Taiyaki (Azuki-bean paste in a fis-shape waffle) shrimp, other types of fish and shellfish (I love fish), sashimi and sushi, (wait, I already mentoned fish, didn't I?), onigiri (Japanese rice balls, sometimes covered in seaweed) and,... did I say cha shu bao (AKA Nikuman, which is a Chinese/Japanese bbq pork bun) already? Oh, and Pancakes! and Waffles! and my lover's burritos! (pun unintended) As you can see, there are a lot of foods that I like, and I'm willing to try almost anything. However... I HATE SAUERKRAUT! (seriously, I'm not just quoting that song by Wierd Al) As a matter of fact, I hate anything pickled. I also don't like olives. Or hard-boild egg yokes. and I'll only eat beans if either D-Kun cooks for me, or unless its Azuki bean. I'm not a big fan of red chili either. And if your begining to think that I have ADD or ADHD, your wrong! Oh look! A bunny! Iwanit Iwanit Iwanit! Um...You didn't see that... Well, I guess that's it. (((sings))) "Song is done, It's almost over; Thought I'd something more to say..." (Oh, I absolutely can't resist karaoke! It's so cool and fun)I hope you enjoyed the tour! Please dispose all food and drink wrappings in the nearest trash recepticle, and thank you again for coming to Tsuki's profile Tour! Please come again soon and have a good day! Thank You for Your patience, and I hope you enjoyed this. If not, at least it was something to do if you were bored. Now here are a few final shout-outs to my friends and fellow writers! To V-Chan, Your still the most sick, twisted, perverted freak of nature that we all know and love, thanks for being there for me! (((sings))) "Your simply the best..." (((gets smacked))) For Yami, Hope you enjoyed your shout-out, Baka-chan (((evil grin))). We still love ya. (((sings ))) "Blind Game Again" Hay! quit laughing! you know I need the Romaji in front to get it right! For D-Kun, You are probably one of the best things that has ever happened to me in my life, and I thank you so much for going after me when I didn't want you, sticking with me when normal people would have run away screaming, putting up with my obsession with Shonen-ai (sorry about your butt by the way, hehehe), and for still loving and caring for me when I hate myself the most. Your the bestest panguin/plushie/love-love I could ever ask for!!!! Aishiteru!!!!!! For Sutzina Zion, Thanks for helping me out, and I absolutely admire your Gravitation fic. PLEEEESE keep it up! GO SHUICHI! For Shakespere and my cousin, Pink sexy monkeys stripping on a surfboard! lol. For Jedi Mistress 1990, Arigato! I'm glad you like what I've got, and thanks for being one of my editors. Your a good friend to boot (as is everyone else mentioned). thanks. For everyone else who knows me, but isn't mentioned here, You know who you are! Thanks for putting up with me and being there for me. You guys rock! Ja ne and see you later! P.S. Do I really resemble Shuichi Shindou? I just took a quiz on line and I came out as Shu. P.P.S. (((FOR READERS T AND UP PLUS PARENTS!))) Now, I should advise you that, while I am nice enough to do this for my profile, and may do so in some of my stories due to content, I hold a no-holds-barred policy on censorship. Yes, I agree that certain people of an age group (ten or younger in my opinion) should not be using certain words or be exposed to such. However, I know that children can understand a lot more then most give credit for, so as long as there is no excessive nudity, explicit sex, or over-the-top violence (such as the Saw films... that is WAY too gorey for kids to be looking at!), I'm cool with it. As Don Bluth said, "Kids can understand anything so long as it has a happy ending tacked on it." Beyond those perimeters, I am against censorship, and if one of my stories contains any material that can be construed as offensive, YOU DON'T HAVE TO READ IT! I do not, however, delve into over-use of profane language or acts of intercourse between characters. Too many swear words clogs one's vocabulary like a clot in an artery, and aside the fact that I can't write a lemon for the life of me, I'd rather leave any potential sex characters may experience to your imagination. I like to keep my material tasteful, at the least. I don't write smuts. There are too many depraved FF writers out there anyway. But most of my work falls under T category, I believe, and I might actually change the rating of some of my stuff due to how little questionable material actually exits. I might even write a few things that are K or K if my imagination so fancies it (I do some babysitting, and have a much younger sibling whose still in primary school, so that might be the case eventually). OK, grown-up stuff is over with. Enjoy! Oh, and don't forget to review what you read! It really helps me as a writer to know whether or not I suck. |
