I'm Megan Faye.

I don't have time to write much these days; I have a 3 year old, on the Autism spectrum, and he takes all of my time, and then some!!

My avatar is my husband, son, and myself, hiking out to the M*A*S*H site in Malibu Creek State Park! (May 2014. Sam is 3)

Here's a little about me; I'm a writer. Basically, that just means that I daydream way too much, ADHD takes over, and I tend to write it down. I'm a musician; I play the guitar (very well) piano (pretty well), sing (well), play drums (badly) and harmonica (within reason).

I started writing 'fanfic' at age 9, before I knew what it was, or had the internet. They were just Star Trek DS9 stories in my science notebook. At 12, I discovered Aol Star Trek Sim in chat rooms. We were writing our own stories (in D&D form) in chat rooms. I was the youngest there, and no one really understood that; they thought I was 15 because I was online so late. At 14, I started a Mad About You sim group. Later, we'd rewrite them ins cript form and post in the message boards. At 15 I started with MASH fanfic. I built my website, /sammywinter at 16. I've been writing Star Trek Voyager, MASH, a little Charmed, Bones, and House, M.D.
