During the episode 'Chant Down Babylon', Maria was in Vermont with Liz and Michael was desperately trying to help save Isabel's life in Roswell. There appeared to be several missed scenes of phone calls between Michael and Maria in which they were keeping each other in the loop. Here's my interpretation of those.

Sequel to The Message. Someone has finally come to take them home. But is this man friend or foe? Worst, he says Khivar has found a way to kill Max, but the only reason the Rebellion would risk itself is if they can prove Zan has survived. With the Unit closing in, and plans long established crumbling, surviving will depend on rightly deciding who to trust.
