This is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I was consistently looking to see how many chapters remain. Will you be continuing the story or is this (in your eyes ) where it meets up with the movie and unfortunately her passing?

So happy to see an update! Seems everyone has taken a break from the Epic fandom so this was the perfect fix for my Epic withdrawls.
This was a really fun chapter to read, I really enjoyed how you flashed forward to their different ages. It worked great and didn't seem out of place. Nicely done!

A very nice story so far. I do hope you'll continue it. I like the fact that you've shown the different layers of both Tara and Ronin's personalities, as well their relationship.
I really like the 'bonding' ritual: I know you said you weren't basing it off anything, but it kind of reminded me of a handfasting- it's a wiccan wedding ceremony where the bride and groom's hands are tied together to 'bind' themselves to their vows and to each other. Wicca is also based around the cycles of nature, so it actually wouldn't suprise me that Ronin would do something similar.
Anyway, lovely story, you kept their characters true to themselves, while giving them greater depth.
