Again, not the kind of story I'd usually read. But your consistently awesome writing compelled me to! And the story had me grinning have the time ;-)

I really liked that. The cupids are are strange bunch, that's for sure However he was kinda helpfull. Who knows ow long it would've take Sam to say "I love you" without him? I think that speed things up a little :)

I hate Valentine's Day with a passion that may someday be its own religion so I'm totally on board with Sam's attitude even if it's not because of Valentine's day per se. Then the cupid shoots Sam and things get all soft and fluffy. Somehow, you managed to write that in a manner that didn't make me want to stab my eyeballs out with double-pointed knitting needles. I think it's the way you write Gabriel, imperfect, a little (or a lottle) arrogant but strangely respectful at the same time and hopelessly in love with Sam. Kudos on the good work.

If you haven't listened to Carrie Underwood's "Cupid's got a Shotgun", I'd recommend it. I picture Dean more when I hear it but it would fit Sam just fine as well.
