I like how you divided the story into three pieces, one for each sister. I also like how you chose a scene after their birth and a scene when they're grown-ups and how appropiate each name is.
I don't really understand why Druella couldn't have another child after Narcissa? There were some SPaG-mistakes, but they were minor and didn't interrupt the flow of the story.
