   Demonic Irken chapter 1 . 1/14 I love that this relationship between Vanessa and Doof is so sturdy. It’s a good dynamic between the two, and you can clearly see that Doof loves his daughter very much here. I also liked the conversation about Perry. I wish he had been there to add his thoughts on the conversation. |

| nannygirl chapter 1 . 8/5/2012 Oh my! This was such a sweet story! LOVE the father daughter bonding with Dr. Doof and Vanessa! It was great seeing a slightly younger Vanessa, think you choose the perfect age for her too. 13 just becoming a teenager and so Doof was a bit confused by her attitude. Nice choice! So loved their whole conversation from the beginning with the lab coat and Wednesday Adams LOL then the –inators and the talk about Perry. So adored the part about Doof talking about how he had better relationships with people, animals, things that didn’t talk. Brilliantly written! Oh and I just LOVED the talk about when he used to talk to Baby Vanessa, never really using Baby talk and instead having real conversations with her. Very sweet! Wonderful job on this story! I really did enjoy it! Thanks very much for sharing it! And keep up the terrific work! |
