I really enjoyed this story and I feel like Optimus's small observation in the middle with the conversation about divoce just somehow made all the other human parts of the story that much more poignant.

I LIKE this! I would have loved to see how Captain Redfern reacted to seeing Optimus Prime for the first time. He is one kick-butt bot! And Lennox is just one seriously awesome soldier. Very cool!

Lennox may have a big job ahead, get his NEST team together, but looks like he's got a great start! I'm wishing him luck in finding men with the spirit (and the guts) to fight an alien war on their home turf, and look forward to the next update.

I don't have nearly as much of a frame of reference on anything Transformers-related as I do with XME or TT, but this story is still striking to me. Even though I lack familiarity with most of the characters, you've made me care about them.

As always, your absolute strongest points are your outstanding military knowledge and the little tiny details that you include. I think my favorite of the latter in this story is the wedding ring brushing against the pen.

It's nothing new, but I have to say it again: you've done a wonderful job with this story.

This was really cool. I have always been curious about this "in between" time and it is awesome to read something covering what happened after the first movie. Great story. Are you finished with it, or will there be more coming? (I hope so :D)

Nice. In the second movie Novelization, Epps was still married and in fact his wife and Sarah SUPPORTED him and Lennox. In the novel, when Sam needed to call Lennox, he called Sarah instead and she Epps' wife Therresa came up with an impromptu (and frickin HILARIOUS) code to communicate the message to them as Galloway put them on speakerphone so they couldn't talk freely. It was one of the more humorus parts of the novel along with Judy's Happy Time. Oh and its spelled Scorponok not Scorpinok. In the novel its spelled Skorponok but everything else I've read spells it Scorponok. Jetfire killed him in Egypt.

Loved this! I hope you'll continue it. Very well written, and not a lot of writers get the military side of things. This is a tremendous addition to Botosphere's already great stories.
