man i know I told you already how much I love this one but I JUST LOVE IT SO MUCH. So raw so real and such fantastic writing, man you kill me every time in the best possible way. Your John is extraordinary. It's rare I'm so taken in by something that's not Lestrade but wow wow wow this one is going to stay with me forever.

I have truly missed your writing and I have to apologize for not reviewing anything of yours for so long. I'm blaming school and work for it. Because I've had twenty updates for various stories in my email inbox for over two weeks. I'm catching up though now and a lot of those updates are yours, so expect a lot of reviews from me over the next week.

Finally a background story for John which is actually believable! Very well written!

(I think, John is in his late 30s when he meets Sherlock, though. Martin Freeman is 40 by now, too. ;) But I really like this story very much and have put it in "Favourites" already. Thanks for writing and posting!

Absolutly amazing. So sweet and powerful. Makes me want to hug John and tell him that Sherlock will come back.

Angst for its own sake tends to be depressing and not much more, but this story is actually touching and almost theraputic to read. (I, too, am having a difficult time coping with The Fall, ridiculous as that sounds, and what do you mean you haven't seen it yet? GO WATCH IT, for crying out loud!)

Aaanyway back to not being obsessed with a fake TV character. I love the structure and I love the backstory you made up for John, it seems like it could work. I love the strength of character infused througout. It's very John.

Yes - I love it - because you keep that little Jonh strength right up to the end - and all characters do have a breaking point - I think this must be his - Love your last line.

it's angsty which is not something i usually go for but i really like how you wrote it. I really like John's background story. Very nice job writing this. Bravo :)
