This is clearly all Kramer's fault!

I love your story so far. Keep up the fantastic work.
darkblueyank chapter 1 . 3/6/2012
This is the first non-Downton fanfic that I have read and I love it. I can see my life turning into one big drabble-fest as I read everything you write and my laundry piles up. :)

I have been reading your White Collar and Person of Interest drabbles (two of my favorite shows) and am impressed with how well you can capture the essence of a character in so few words. And their voice comes through, too.
Twinchy chapter 2 . 3/5/2012
Apart from the final two sentences you caught my thoughts on El's reaction pretty well.

I'm beyond certain though that of all times when consolation was needed, this was one of them! And therefore, I don't see El throwing the cakes away instead of eating them with everyone left behind (who cared) after Neal and Mozzie ran.

Yes, Kramer didn't believe Peter when he said that Neal was going to run if boxed in - and there's no sugar-coting the fact, the older agent drove Neal to some desperate move because of it.

BTW, forgot to write into my previous chapter's review how much I liked your "I didn't mean 'go all the way to Tahiti'" part!
Twinchy chapter 1 . 3/5/2012
I actually agree with you about your opinion of what message Peter tried to convey outside the building when Kramer appeared with the Marshalls.

He certainly didn't want Neal to "fall into Kramer's hands" but it stands to reason he would have meant for his CI to wait until the board made their decision on his commutation, rather than advising him to go to ground completely right away.

Although I am yet to make up my mind whether, logically thought, Peter would have risked for Neal to wait it out, maybe not get his sentence commuted and then not having a chance at escape anymore.

Still, you make a valid point there IMHO.

"I didn't mean 'go all the way to Tahiti'"

perfect line :)
WynonaRose chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
Hopefully all will work out by summer.
True Love Lives Forever chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
I personally feel like Peter did signal Neal to really run because the alternative was Kramer imprisoning him in DC on his extra tight leash for as much as he could. But I like your take on it too. With so few words, you portrayed emotions very well.
Talvace1 chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
Did you even both to watch the episode?

Neal wasn't even wearing the hat... you couldn't even get the facts right in such a short piece, let alone the emotions!
penguincrazy chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
Great so far, can't wait to see the other POV. But i personally thought he was telling Neal to really run even though i hate that he did run. But it should work itself out in season 4.
JeanneZ84 chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
Well,I guess Neal took Peter's nod to mean get is a big mean there.I guess it just took it to be meaning the wrong message.

Story Unfolding chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
Loved this. I truly feel Peter was telling Neal to go away not go go away. Can't wait to read other POVs if possible... :)
govgal chapter 1 . 2/29/2012
