So true, so true... *&%ing mudcrabs. I'd call them suicidal except that I saw one finish off a dragon as I ran around trying to heal while avoid being hit :)

I can't tell you how many times I walked along a river or waded through and found myself under attack... and looking around furiously trying to find whatever it was stalking me. Damn mudcrabs and slaughterfish... the vermin of the sea.

I don't think Ta'aj went overboard. She just wanted to make sure they were really dead and not just mostly dead. :p

Slaughterfish? A slaughterfish? This after I kept swimming across the river because it was fun to do so? Now I know whenever my character wants to have a bit of a cool off, I'll take her up a snowy incline instead. Darn, Skyrim's a dangerous place to live. Between the poisonous butterflies and homocidal broomsticks, I'm surprised there are any people left alive in this place.

Oh, this was wonderful. The number of times I got distracted from saving Skyrim to go and catch butterflies. Not to mention fish... :)

And it makes infinite sense that a feline character would have the same instinct in spades ;)

Loved this look at Ta'aj and the magnificence of all things bright and shiny that flutter. Of course they're alchemical ingredients. And nothing more important than that, after all.

LOL, loved this description: "Ta'aj came to a halt in the ruined bushes, glaring about with blown pupils and fanned whiskers. At no further signs of life, she straightened and calmly tucked the colorful scraps into her pouch." A perfect picture has formed from that. :)
