This story is really well-written and I'm disappointed because it's abandonded too.
Bellatrix in Gryffindor is an interesting idea because she does have many of the traits in canon even though she uses them for something completely different. I'm not sure if her parents would really be that upset, there are quite a few intermarriages with people from families who belong to different houses in the Black family tree but it makes sense in the context of the story.
I like that you seem to imagine Alice the way I do as well.

I couldn't sign into my account, sorry. But, I really really like this fic and I seriously hope you continue on with it. It has a very unique plot line! Anyway, I love Bellatrix, she's my favourite character from the book! I don't know why this only has thirtyish reviews. It's honestly a great story. I think you shouldn't be let down by the reviews, keep on updating and more people will start reading your story. I'm going to add this story to my favs once I log in. :)

How the hell does this only have thirty five reviews? I've been reading it since before I even signed up and I can't believe I forgot to favorite & review it 'till now. It's great. Your Bellatrix is so in character, like a child version of canon!Bellatrix, except you've managed to show all of her major traits in a Gryffindor-ish light.

i liked Bellatrix's shocked reaction but i disagree with Bellatrix crying that night. i think people like Bella meet insecurities with a fiery temper: shouting, hating everyone who might be her friend (is that pity in their eyes?) and who sneer at her (who needs them anyways?). the second night is always the worst because the spirit is exhausted from fighting. remember, bella is PROUD - she doesn't like admitting weakness to herself any more than to others.

besides that, i think this fic is rather good.

jaja! wouldn't that have been a shocker? i don't think you are too off though, placing Bellatrix in Gryffindor. i, too, think she possesses a lot of traits most Gryffindors have.

Aaahh, I love this. I'm glad that Bella didn't immediately turn good, I like the conflict she clearly has inside her and I hope that she'll eventually succumb to her Gryffindor side... LOVE her being sort of friends with Alice!
