Nice story man. I like how you imply how Luffy is a different man when he's serious. It had just inspired my plot bunnies to start jumping! I mean can you imagine- bipolar or multipl personality disorder that switches luffy out with a more serious side of our favorite rubber brain! Nyeh! :D

OMG Omatsuri Island was heart-wrenching to watch! Especially when Luffy fought the Baron the first time and had to watch everyone disappearing T_T But this was good! I liked it!

No matter how dense Luffy is always played off in the manga no one can say that a person has never contemplated the future or death at least once in their life. Great points in how their journey to One Piece is helping everyone on the way. Bravo again!

Beautiful. That was a ton of fun to read. I thought you did a great job with Luffy. He's hard to write being serious, because he's never really being serious in the manga, so there's not a lot to go off of. Anyway, I'll probably have to read some of your other stories now because that was definitely worth every second of my time.

Oh! Gasp! What does Luffy mean? I know it has something to do with Shanks but we don't know at quite what point this is. I think its before W7 since Franky isn't there though...I can't wait to find out whats bothering him. Oh and by the way, it had some pretty good flow to it, giving it a good mood.
