The first and second chapters are complete opposites of each other. The first was hard hitting.

The first chapter was way too dark for me, but chapter two more than made up for it. Cats and dogs living together good! Imagining Hermione's two foot sex walk put a smile on my face that didn't go away for the remainder of the story, but got even bigger when they started breaking the house! Thanks for writing!

Chapter one is just horrid on her part. How on earth could she have been with Harry for so long done so much with him and not understand him

It’s surprising that Voldemort didn’t finish by killing her, or giving her to Malfoy.

The second chapter is a redemption of sorts. I’m unsure on the S&M component. Still, is ends well.

I liked this chapter significantly more than the first. I know that both chapters feature an OOC Hermione, but I generally prefer an OOC Hermione that turns up the naughtiness several notches to an OOC Hermione that toys with Harry's feelings knowing full well that he has no experience with love beyond the platonic kind and that he wasn't just messing with her for several years for the fun of it for that reason. She would also know just how much he'd have weighing on his mind, how emotionally fragile he was after just losing Sirius and that rejecting him like that had the potential to make him lose the will to live. I just can't get on board with a Hermione that would be that cruel to anyone she had feelings for, but especially Harry. For her to then brag about toying with his feelings to her parents made it that much worse.

This needs and deserves do more!

I think there could have been atleast 2 more, one where it differs after her parents warn her something along the lines that he might recent you for that later.
The other could have happened somewhere around her not getting a reply or reacting to Voldemort's words either attacking and killing him herself to save him (the love another being the power he knows not) or her yelling at harry that she did love him somehow overloading Voldemort

But i much prefer the second version over the first. Mostly i can't believe Hermione would a) not think about how harry would fee. B) not react sooner to not having any reply (especially after 2ed year). C) that she would have done something at the end as she would willing die for him.

But well written none the less

All right. So, the first review I left here was...meh. I'll admit. But, was the War Journal thing in the second chapter a reference to The Punisher? If so, that's awesome!

Aw...I would've thought that the happier ending would have the "newly dead" Harry come back to life, having been shown by his mother that Hermione does, in fact, love him, and then he could turn around on the stage, kick Voldemort right in the nuts, and Avada Kedavara him!

I will admit to enjoying the second chapter more, thank you for sharing them both.
