I ordered a DANNY PHANTOM unit, and when it arrived I instead was met with a unit similar looking to the DANNY PHANTOM unit but shorter and younger-looking, with longer hair and a female build. I completed the activation and it went smoothly, but shortly after the unit demonstrated its powers it began to melt. If I manage to stop the melting, will this unit still work? If not, is it recommended that I exchange my current unit for a new, more standard one?

My Danny Phantom unit was great for several months, but recently he started getting very cold, and now he's creating thin coatings of ice around random objects. He doesn't seem to be able to control it. Not too happy about this glitch.

I would like to send a complaint about my DANNY PHANTOM family pack. The JACK and MADDIE units have captured the DANNY PHANTOM unit in his ghost form and have performed a vivisection on him. As a result my DANNY PHANTOM unit has refused to turn ghost after reverting to his human form and has become unresponsive to any stimuli. I fear he may soon shut down completely.
