This is amazing! Best Ryu/Ken story ever! Your mastery of the craft of writing made this sweet, nostalgic story such a smooth, delightful read. This story has a special place in my heart forever.

I don't suppose you'd consider writing a sequel, would you? I know it's been many years since you wrote this... If anyone understands these two and how they relate though, it is clearly you. And to read about them having a complete, fulfilling relationship with nothing held back would be so sweet a love story that I fear I can only dream of.

Thank you so much for all of the effort and time you put into this story, and all of the heart. Thank you for sharing it.

That was so beautifully written! From the way Ken and Ryu interacted in the animated movie I always sensed that there were deeper, more complicated feelings between them and I think that you have done an excellent job of understanding those feelings and putting them into words that just flowed like poetry.

I was a little wary when I read the description because shounen-ai stories are sometimes written in a style that is in very poor taste (as are most romances, actually), but it was about so much for than sexual attraction. The feelings of confusion and hesitance, and even a little bit of shame (worrying that they would be rejected)were very realistically portrayed and I am very impressed.

I would like to see a sequel to this story; it is a rare gem in the world of fanfiction.
