The changes you made in the chapter like having Nicole be a Medical Officer and how you have slightly changed Post-Crash Pre-Infestation are pretty interesting.

Yeah, this was a good introduction and there will probably be almost no time to rest at all.
I like that you brought this up now. I also like Alyssa and Naruto working together, maybe they can save more lives. And I agree, I think you should take some liberties with the plot. For one reason, the government seems to completely crazy that they would use the markers for anything after video evidence from all the ships and planets proved that the markers are suicide weapons, unless Unitologists sabotaged it. Secondly, I would use the Unitoligy fanatics are the ones more willing to use the markers than government and make them a much bigger threat.
Lastly, if Naruto and Alyssa are captured after the Ishimurs incident and they are not affected by the marker as we are led to believe, I would make the goverment force them to become like the first memebers of a Task Force that are sent into those places and take out markers or people trying to copy them, just make them a special branch of the army or space force.

Great chapter and Alissa's intro was perfect as it really nailed her character. Naruto's arrival was well done and look forward to seeing the Necromorph outbreak start next chapter.

I imagine with Naruto being there Vincent and her team will find out they need to go for the limbs when dealing with the Necro's because Naruto will likely notice it and point it out to them.

I am actually really interested to see how this story works. I actually feel like you could have left Naruto use some of his chakra because he is fighting in a space ship, any destructive powers he has could end up killing him. But that is definitely not a deal breaker because I really like the lore of both games so this will be cool.
