This was so well written and the concept and plot and just everything in this story is my favorite genre to read. It’s Sakura-centric where she goes back in time and those are my favorite type of stories to read! GBS isn't a chronic disease, it's an acute one. Ino would either have been dead within a month or she would have been treated, and yes, while it's very debilitating and can be fatal it's treatable with immunoactive drugs(it's an autoimmune disease). You should probably change it to something like multiple sclerosis which has very similar symptoms and is also demyelinating but has a longer natural history. ALS would also work.

This is a interesting fic. I like especially that you're attempting to show severe PTSD hallucinations in more than one character, though i have no clue if it's 'truth in advertising' it makes for interesting inter and inner conflict.
