I just love that Careese just let the passion take over and their bodies do the talking. And while guilt was a valid emotion to feel (especially for Carter), they were like, "nah, this has to happen right now. I love you and I can't say it, but I do."

But Finch, wtf man?! You legit said leaving her again would be crueler. He should've just let her think he was a ghost then, be comforted by his supernatch presence, instead of being left for real. Again. If I were Grace, I would hunt his ass down and kneecap him. Then leave and find someone better. I truly feel for him, but his choice aint it.

Oh Pisceschikk ️️ I read this back when you originally posted it but apparently didn’t leave a review. I haven’t read any Careese in a while but long story short, I was driving through town today and something reminded me of them. A building I think. Somewhere you could picture Carter and Fusco back in the early years with Reese lurking in the shadows. Anywho, got home and was jonesing for some Careese. This was perfect. I loved how they couldn’t quite find the words to express their feelings. Their actions did it for them. Always did. I hope you’re still writing, You’re ridiculously talented. ️

I feel bad for not even mentioning Finch's dilemma in the last chapter. It's great that he's finally going to stop running and be with Grace. He deserves to be happy after all the sacrifices he made. John and Joss finding themselves together was only a matter of time. Sorry, Cal but you lost her to the better man :)

There's no way that John and Joss could stay away from each other long. Hopefully, this chance meeting manages to help them see the error of their ways.

I'm so sorry at Finch's decision with Grace. I had really hoped he'd decided he needed Grace as much as she wanted him. I sure wish John and Joss had never gotten lost to each other after Prisoner's Delimma. I think it was a poor direction the show took...along with so many others.
