seriousblahblah chapter 1 . 4/29/2016 Hilarious XD Oh I wish I could've done Lockhart's quiz! Amazing! |
Guest chapter 9 . 10/26/2015 Great story, really hilarious :D. |
Iris Stardust chapter 9 . 10/12/2015 This was so much like Colin when he was thinking about Harry at almost every question. And why doesn't Lockhart saying he really defeated Voldemort as baby surprise me. :D And I loved Colin's thoughts on question 25, answer to question 45 and how he almost always thoguht about what would answers be if he was taking quiz about Harry :D Oh and the reason I'm reviewing as guest is because I reviewed chapter that you now deleted so I can't review this one. |
AsgardGuardian chapter 9 . 10/11/2015 I completely forgot about Colin! I'm really glad you wrote his answers! Him referring to himself as a Harry fanboy in his head is now my dearest head-canon. I loved when he forgot that he was writing about Gildroy and started answering like he would for Harry. You really nailed his character. It was really funny and sweet! Update again soon! P.S. The website is saying that I already reviewed this chapter, so I had to write as a guest. :D |
morganna12 chapter 3 . 10/10/2015 Honestly I am DDDYYYINNNNGG. Hahahahahahahha. |
Iris Stardust chapter 9 . 9/22/2015 I understand that people aren't always in mood for writing it's comletely normal. That letter was funny. If you write story about I'll definetely read it :D It seems like it would be interesting. |
a-ufo-party chapter 9 . 9/20/2015 It's totally fine! I get it. (Heck, I'm the person who says they're gonna update soon, and then waits a month) And I would totally read that story. It sounds great! Can't wait for the next update! |
SuperMegaFoxyAwesomeHot2001 chapter 9 . 9/20/2015 Ahh... You had me worried for a minute! Don't worry, we can wait! I don't care how long we wait! Wow... that story sounds promising. I'm quite excited actually. I would love to read it, I always wonder about the Noble and most Ancient House of Black. It does sound very intriguing! Excited as ever for your next chapter of course. (And this might be pre-empt but I like how you write Sirius.) |
r o w e n a a a chapter 9 . 9/20/2015 I would actually love to read a story like that. Between Sirius and his parents, it actully sounds like a really adorable idea. I'm glad your not abandoning the story I really like this original idea you have here. I hope you do update soon. (When I say I'll update soon its usually a week later. Woops.) |
SuperMegaFoxyAwesomeHot2001 chapter 8 . 8/26/2015 Now this was entertaining. His favourite colour is Gryffindor? Ah... typical Crabbe. You really captured his character here, he doesn't know an awful lot, he's very simple minded and eve though it sounds like an easy character to write, it is very difficult because (most) people think in multitudes and to write a character who seems to think very little is very hard. But yeah... I loved it! I particularly liked the reference to the chocolate cupcakes XD that was funny. Lucius Malfoy wears nail vanish... I don't know how you do it! His stupidity is both hilarious and charming (that's weird...). I've said this before but I like how you work the background of what's happening in the book to your chapters. Admittedly, I've never really given the character of Crabbe much thought but this chapter made me think a bit more. He has an unquestioning admiration for Voldemort but he does question Draco's authority. I think he's one of those people who probably does have quite a lot of ambition but can't be bothered and doesn't have the right character to use that ambition to do something. He is very close-minded and this chapter made me smile, laugh and ah... Has this story always had the 'Complete' status and I've just been oblivious the whole time or...? I'd love it if Luna could do this, I can imagine it now. I'm sorry this isn't a very good or long review, I'm just very tired but I really enjoyed this chapter! |
SuperMegaFoxyAwesomeHot2001 chapter 7 . 8/26/2015 I am late reviewing (yes I am ashamed and no I don't really have an excuse - I do but losing the email alert thing is not really an excuse). AW! I'm one of those people who though realise that Draco had a... difficult upbringing and made a load of mistakes, believe that he repents and becomes good after the war. It's wishful and flawed thinking but if the HP series taught me anything, it's that nobody is beyond redemption. In his letter, it was almost as if he wasn't sure what to think. He knows that blood purity is important to his father and he knows he has a lot of money but he's thinking that the books might be a waste to the poorer families and... aw. He's thinking of other people! I also liked the idea of developing the Malfoy family because when you hear the word "Malfoy" you think about the Dark Side and murder and stuff but the part where Draco writes that a "Malfoy always gives a chance" really shows some depth into their characters. They don't judge too quickly - and really, that's a virtue. So you know, there's always a silver lining and something good in everyone. I have a lot to say but I don't really have a structure and I'm already forgetting what I wanted to say in the first place. The part where Lucius scolds him on his paragraph about the books was amazingly clever. It shows that Lucius is like a teacher to his son. Even now, when his son isn't very young (I mean 12/13 is young but you know what I mean), he's still a teacher and still a role model. Which makes me think that half the things which are racist and disgusting that come out of Draco's mouth probably aren't his own words, he's just repeating what his father has said or what he's overheard. I think a part of Lucius genuinely wants his son to do well, which is why he cares so much about his scores in tests but another part is a lot more competitive. The Malfoys are aristocrats and Lucius really makes that known. He wants Draco to know it, he wants everyone to know it because he feels that his wealth and blood make him superior. The superiority is retained by his arrogance and attitude. That sense of being condescending to the "lower" people comes across in this correspondence very well. Furthermore, the link to the plot is so cool! "Tell me about everyone's attitudes, and if anything strange or abnormal happens" - it's the Chamber of Secrets! This dramatic irony is killing me. Anyway, Draco and Lucius was in character, the style was both funny and gripping and now I'm going to review your next chapter. |
petethehotdog chapter 8 . 8/23/2015 Man, that was some good internal dialogue! Honestly, you really should do Goyle's, because it would be really interesting to see the difference in their thought processes. Crabbe and Goyle, that is. I just restarted my phone and got flooded with 27 emails, which, I guess, isn't really flooded, when compared to one day this year where, in the span of one class period (57 minutes), I got 48, and this was over two days... And, I saw that you updated this, and my other big story updated 4 tunes yesterday, which is a lot... Where am I going with this? Hmm, I don't know... Oh well. Keep up the good work, and hopefully soon, I can get my mind out of the proverbial gutter. Bye! |
a-ufo-party chapter 8 . 8/22/2015 Oh my gosh, I am literally dying right now! That was so friggin' hilarious! Like, seriously, my favorite answers yet! I laughed out loud reading them. When he answered "Gryffindor" for favorite color, I lost it. Amazing job! XD Update again soon! (Maybe Fred or George's answers?) ~AsgardGuardian |
Iris Stardust chapter 8 . 8/21/2015 Answers I would expect from Goyle. And of course Lockhart would write well done at the test with score 2/54 :D As always awesome funny chapter. |
