I klike it very much ! It seems very realistic, very true to the characters.
Working it out won't be easy but they will eventually.
But Lisbon needs to acknowledge where Jane is coming from and I don't think she's there just yet.
This sentence illustrates it :

"You have to trust that I will do all in my power to be safe."

It's not about Jane (not) trusting her, it's about the risk that her best efforts won't be enough to keep her alive. While Jane has an obsessive nature, Lisbon is in some sort of denial...which is perfectly understandable since that's what allows her to do her job...She couldn't do it if she was aware, at any time, of the danger she's in. But Jane is...
But Jane was right : knowing what the right thing is is very complicated. But they will find what the right thing is for them. I just hope the journey won't be too painful...

Wow ! That was amazing. What Lisbon said to jane, i was thinking the same. Jane needs to understand that.

The dilemma is presented well. Even-handed. The situation cries out for compromise. Jane was wrong in this instance. But is it realistic for her to expect him to live in a reality where he can lose everything every day? Thanks.
