Lol i love chicago fire. And this was a great story

A bathroom on fire. Interesting setting, though it has a bit of a slow beginning considering. :) No problem for me since I'd read your fics to the end anyway, but for a new reader the first line is a little more important (what with first impressions and all...)

"Over here!" - since you said the voice was weak, I'd suggest removing the exclamation mark.

Lol, Draco's in for a shock when he recognises Hermione. The dialogue that erupts is lovely as well, though the actions don't quite match up. Hermione's on her hands and knees and coughing goes to her talking normally and marching off? Lungs don't clear that quickly.

Professor Dumbledore in his nightwear. Now that's amusing. :)

And we still don't discover the culprit by the end of the chapter. Aww. Though hints of romance blooming in true Ash style makes for a lovely end nonetheless.

You probably know by now that I don't ship this at all. But I can tell you that right now that you wrote it awesome. I do sorta like the unrequited, if its written well, and you pull it off. It's subtle, too, just little hints, and you don't rush into it like a lot of stories do, I like that. The fire was an original idea, and I'm loving Draco's sarcastic comments all the way through. Nice job :)

Firstly, Draco/Hermione! :D I was really excited to read this as soon as I saw the pairing, and this was pretty good. A saviour!Draco suits me perfectly. I loved the interaction between them - it was so like Draco to be a bit of a whiner and Hermione just about rolling her eyes at his words. I wonder who set the fire. Only one thing bothered me, just a bit, why didn't Dumbledore send them to Madam Pomfrey instead?
Overall, it written well - good job! :)

I'm definitely not a shipper of this pair, but as this wasn't a romance fic, I was quite happy to read through.

I wonder who set the fire, as it was clearly set deliberately. Someone out to hurt Hermione perhaps?

Dumbledore is coming across quite dodgy. He knew about the fire, wasn't surprised at all, seemed to know how bad it was and everything.

Draco seemed spot on with his comments too. :)

Who did it?! Gah, I need to know! Perhaps Dumbledore had something to do with it? Maybe he set it up so Draco would have to rescue her? Or maybe it was Hermione with another failed potions experiment? The possibilities are endless, and you're evil for just leaving us hanging. ;-)

I liked that Draco rescued her, but I'm not sure I believe that he'd go back instead of saving himself first. The line, [He should have left her in the bathroom to burn] captured all his animosity toward her perfectly.

You portrayed their mutual dislike very well, and I liked how Draco definitely seemed more frustrated with her than she did with him. She seemed more bored with him than anything. As for the end, it was kind of cute, but I'm not big on the ship.

You've got it coded under humor and I missed it.. or my sense of humor sucks. Perhaps the part of Dumbledore in his ugly nightgown? But, that made me cringe more than laugh.

Anyway, nice job on this story, and it was well-written and easy to read.

First, I'd like to say I thought it was very sweet that Draco's first instinct on hearing a cry for help was to risk his own life and help her, love it. Also, the way he reacted when he found out it was Hermione was very realistic to me, I could literally see his facial expression as I read it. All in all, a very good job, well done.

I love Dramione, but I don't fully understand why there was a fire in the bathroom in the first place. I would have liked to know more about that fire for some reason and a bit more conflict with Draco feelings.

Interesting scenario :) I'm curious to know how the fire was started? It seems quite suspicious actually, especially considering Dumbledore's nonchalance about it (although when does he ever panic?). It's quite an elaborate set-up, if he did have something to do with it, hehe. I thought your characterisation was IC and I liked each of their mutual dislike and frostiness. The ending was particularly amusing.

This was great. You already know my general feeling to the pairing, though it getting more manageable (Amy's fault), but this was great. I love the idea of Draco saving Hermione and being completely unreasonable about the whole thing.
The ending was very sweet, and actually, dare I say it, not completely unrealistic. which is exceedingly difficult with this pairing, so kudos to you.
No mistakes that I saw, as usual, and you did a good job with this.

Oh, wow, I really liked this one! Despite not being a fan of DracoHermione (though, obviously, that’s not going to stop me from reading it) I really, really did enjoy this particular story. I thought the characterisation was fantastic and that you really got Hermione and Draco’s banter absolutely perfect, down to a t. (And, of course, it is helped that all romantic feelings play rather minor roles in this story that is merely about two people who have to deal with the more pressing matter at hand, the fire.) I did kind of want to know what and who it actually was who had started the fire, but I suppose that is a question for another time. Anyway, I really enjoyed this, and I want you to know I think you are a very fantastic writer.

I just wanted to say I really liked this one-shot! Also I think if you chose to make it a multi chapter fanfic that it could turn out really great
