Joss is back in her brownstone and is finally working for Finch. Her old partner wants her to come back to NYPD homicide, but we all know, she will work MUCH better with her new partner, the Man in the Suit!

The final few paragraphs with their 'easy banter' was fine by me. Welcome home Joss!
