oooooooooh okay so i! have been meaning to read this for awhile, neominitails told me about it, and i'm glad i finally got the chance to!

i love that rei is being the sneaky one; she is totally the type to try to figure it out on her own before consulting the others. but! i love even more that she's really not that sneaky! of course kurama is so aware of everything about her. it's so in his personality to kind of surprise ambush her like that so calmly. and! he brought her a can of tea ahahahaha.

you've written their characters so well; i like the serious, no-nonsense rei who is so completely dedicated to her princess. i like that all facets of kurama's personality are displayed here in a very natural way. this was a really nice one-shot, thank you for sharing!

Wow, this was a really well written piece! I am fandom blind, unfortunately, but I'll do my best to give it an ok review. :)

Your opening paragraph was perfect. It was very gripping; I had to know what was next! You did a great job setting up the scene, by the way. You only used a few sentences, but the readers weren't confused as to what was going on at all.

"prestigious private school" Nice alliteration, and good use of vocabulary there. Also, I like the way you described his hair. "there was a sheen of red"

"surely she could handle one by herself." And now, of course, we all know that this demon is not going down as easily as she thinks it will be.

Usagi seems quite loveable. :)

You did a great job building up the suspense as the story went along. By the time the redhead sat her down on the bench, I was just dying for an explanation!

"believe it or not, you are not as discreet as you might think you are." Ha ha! That made me laugh. Looks like Rei isn't as good at spying as she thought she was.

Very nice ending. It wrapped the mystery up quite nicely, but didn't specify everything, leaving just enough room for imagination. I liked how it ended with a question. (I don't know the answer though. Ha ha.) I can't decide if I like the beginning or the end better. Both were splendid.

Overall, a truly amazing piece. Keep up the good work! :)

This felt like a more polished story of Rei's history. A much darker make over of the Sailor Moon series, which I enjoy :) the only problem was when using ellipses (...) put a space in between the word that comes after. Other than that, awesome work!

Oh my gosh! I love this so much! ]… You have Manga Rei's personality so well put together and as always, Kurama so well-played. I enjoyed how you used his introduction (er, hinted to it) as the story that he told her... about how he wanted his mother to be safe and live for a long time. Rei's believing him and how she sorta desired to trust him - just wonderfully written. I envy your characterization of both of them... especially Kurama.

I chuckled a few times. Many a times, Rei reminded me of the anime version especially when Kurama said she wasn't as sneaky as she thought herself to be. I almost wish you made a multi-chapter for them.
