About ME

I have a nice home with a hubby and kids, and cats, frogs, a rabbit, a good family life and so on. My writing tends to reflect the lack of angst in my personal life.

I have been doing most of my recent fanfiction writing for communities over at livejournal. I post the entries I wrote for various communities there as well as a collection of the stories that exceed the rating levels for this site. I am also archiving things at Ao3 using the same name, cheshirejin at both places.

I update sloooooowly. Sometimes I lose the will to write for months at a time others I am just busy with my normal life stuff. I do intend to finish all of my fanfictions eventually. Here is the current work in progress update.

Rising affections is complete, but needs to be worked over from the beginning to make it pretty.

Directionally Impaired will be updated once I get done with a couple of the other fics, unless I get a lot of requests to get moving on it.

same goes for Life love and a box of chocolates. I haven't forgotten about them but I am really concentrating on finishing Yuuri and Wolfram's Excellent Adventure before I run out of juice on it.

A dream come true, I am not sure if I will add to it, it isn't bad as it sits, but if I get the time and inspiration I will try to write the big wedding for everyone's reading enjoyment.

The idea is that everyone writes short original fiction based on a common theme and world, the characters and places can be borrowed from each other so if I write a story about Bald Pete's bar and grill then you need a bar to hang out in for your story you could use Bald Pete's as long as I have not claimed Pete as not shared you could even talk to him in the bar as a cameo or have him join your story as a borrowed character if you wanted.
