Author has written 3 stories for Inuyasha. Hello! It has been a long while... About me...I love to read and write! I work and play Final Fantasy XI so I don't have as much time as I would like for fanfictions... FFXI~ Kalai, Gilgamesh~ if you play send me a /tell! . FanFics... You Were Mine: Is in the middle of a major revamping. Back to the Past: COMPLETE! YAY! Or maybe not. Anyhoo, I've completed this fic and as of yet am not rewriting it. probably will, but not now. Check out the sequel! Back to The Future: Is that title too cliche? Oh, well, I can't help it you know? It just fits so snugly I can't do anything about it. Working on chapter 6, well, I'm going to anyhow! I just updated YWM so I'm sure there are lots of people happy about THAT ~ ON HOLD I've also been trying to write longer chapters, at least 2,000 words. New Junk: I have been toying with the idea of writing a fic, AU, about one of our certain favorite Inuyasha characters. I'm not going to give too much away right now. I'm thinking of tying a lot of things I've been wanting to do into this fic. However, finding time in my busy schedule to fit in a new fic will prove difficult. However, since YWM is almost done, maybe I will have room on my plate! Here are some questions that are critcal to critiquing (also helpful for writing)a story: What, if anything, was the "hook" that made you finish reading the story? What did you think about the characters? What was your general reaction to the story? Imagine you are reading this in a magazine. Does the opening hook you (would you read the whole piece)? If not, is there a later section or another approach that could be worked into the opening? Is the story focused on one subject? Does it digress into other subjects (that could be made into separate stories)? Which part(s) did you find most interesting? During which part(s), if any, did the piece lose its interest? Allowing for realistic speech, did you see/hear any grammatical errors? If so, identify. How about the dialogue? Is it realistic? Does it sparkle? Do the characters sound differently or all alike? Did the story promise to say anything new? General Info: For all of us who are poor and can't afford to patent stories that are legitimently ours I have a tip for you. Print your story out, put it in an envelope and mail it to yourself. Make sure you right the title on the back so you won't be confused about what it is. When you get it in the mail DON'T OPEN it. Keep it sealed and in a safe place. If someone ever steals your original story you will have evidence that it was yours before they stole it! This is called the Poor Man's Patent.
