Hey!

First off I have to tell you all that I have a lj... and I update it more than I update here... it is originally titled Dark Fire and can be found here - /users/ebonyflames ... Please feel free to drop by and say hello...

Right well then... have to say I am a huge Buffy and Angel fan - but I prefer Angel. I like the darkness in it, and the characters seem to be more real because theyare flawed and don't pretend otherwise. I worship the god that is Joss!

I like quite a few pairings but have to say that I hate Spander just cos I don't think that it suits the characters... but each to his own - everyone had a right to write what they want to... and really don't care for Spike/Buffy because I think that she totally abused him during the series. I will read though if the characters aren't totally OOC. My all time fav pairings have to be:

Angel/Spike
Angel/Cordy
Angel/Faith
Angel/Willow
Spike/Willow

...hmmm I seem to be an Angel fan don't I?

There are some pairings that shouldn't be altered though - Tara/Willow, Xander/Anya, Fred/Wes and Fred/Gunn. My fav character is prob Angel because he is the only character who has been created purposely flawed and I like that. Gives food for thought. Also, I like how Angel is hated at times by the other characters and fans... the way that he is written shows him to be a true hero - he gives up so much and recieves no credit really because he is unwilling to quit doubting himself... No other character pushes or hates themselves like he does and it makes all of the work that he does seem that much more tragic...

I thought that end to Angel was devastating - I always used to think that series should end on a cliff hanger - well I could kick myself for that! So I will be writing some post NFA fics - but don't expect Buffy to come to the rescue!

I also have to say that I love LoTR, all variations of X-Men, Charmed and alot of movies.
