Author has written 4 stories for Transformers, and Transformers/Beast Wars. I had never stained myself with so much energon. The blue substance not only stained my claws but my spark as well. The look of agony on the mech had only increased my drive to keep living. Perhaps in the deep pit of my spark, I felt remorse for the injured mech. But, it was either him or myself. Survival was selfish. Indeed it was. Though, did that make me selfish? -Darkstrike, from "Laconic." Allegiance: Decepticon Mech or Femme: Femme Alt Mode: Aerial Rank: ? Attention: -1/23/17- I've re-edited my story, Laconic. All 15 chapters have been revised in case some of my old readers are wondering. The beginning chapters are the ones with most alterations. I also made a few additions to Chapter 13. Feel free to go back and read to all of your hearts' desire. Flying-Freely at your services. Feel free to PM me anytime. I am working on "Laconic" and it should be updated soon. I plan to extend the story as much as I can. Thank you to any other fellow Decepticons, Autobots, or even neutrals for reading my story. Transformers is a great fandom; the stories are amazing and the people are welcoming. People who I've collaborated before: Proud2beMexican— Helped me on slight parts of "Laconic." Generalfanatic— I've helped with her story Acquiescence Updates should be soon! If I don't update, shoot me a PM and chances are you'll receive a response. Transformers franchise I've watched: G1 Animated Prime Robots in Disguise (2015) All Bayverse movies Megatron Origin (Comics) There are many people that like Transformers Prime and some that don't. I do see the others' reasoning, but I'd still like to say that I am a fan of Transformers Prime. I won't say that it's the best but I'll say that I enjoyed it a lot. I liked the Decepticon characters but the Autobots were a bit vague. The incarnations of the characters perhaps weren't true to previous versions, but I do like the concept of TFP. There were some clichés and it lacked certain ideas that other Transformer shows were able to capture. I give the kid's show credit, though; it was dark and violent. TFP has received a variety of hate and love, but I'd like to think that not all of it was bad. I will not patronize the writers considering they worked hard to bring the project to life. The TFP writers couldn't satisfy everyone like they wanted. There will always be some who don't understand or like the creator's work. This is entirely fine because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Even I agree with some valid points. The writers could have done things a little differently, however, you can't have it all. There are some fan writers and artists that are able to explore more of the TFP concept. Imagination is key. I keep an open mind with the show. This is why I will say that I did like TFP. Maybe some of you can agree with my perspective as well. But if not, maybe we can all agree on that G1 still remains one of the best. (Well, the best for the 80s anyways...) -Flying-Freely |
